fabulous hotel, would recommend staying here

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and great amenities- had ghd hair dryer and straightener.

Great location, lovely rooms

Location is superb, lovely rooftop, rooms are comfortable, great beds, nice Chopard amenities too. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Sauna and spa were nice too.

Breakfast options were very limited, as were the room service options. No turndown service, which usually you would get in a hotel like this - but that's me being picky!

Beautiful hotel, with lovely decoration and excellent staff

Staff were amazing, got the room ready very quickly as we booked last minute. Very accommodating to our needs as we had a 1 year old baby. Made our experience stress free.

Superb

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Palma. Restaurants shops and cafes walking distance. A 3 minute walk to Passeig del Born. Super attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. The only down during my stay was that the restaurant was closed. The only service was breakfast, which was very well presented and served in a cute pretty terrace. Overall loved this boutique hotel and would stay there again.

Superb

The house is absolutely beautiful, very old and so nicely styled. The room was very nice, a huuuuge bed, very firm (as I like it), the Spa in the basement a real treat and the breakfast really delicious. This all very nice but the thing that really stood out is the absolutely professional, friendly, helpful and just brilliant personnel.

Nice club room to expend your time!

Food at the breaksfast was questionable, already dried out cheese and meat. Pastry was not really fresh and the scramble eggs cause damage. The Sauna was not hot, even after complaining about it, the door is not tighten sealed and the wood work could be better.

spot on!!!

the concierge reached out to us the minute we made our reservation to see what they could help with. They scheduled car service from the airport which was spot on. We were met when we arrived and oriented to the hotel, area and restaurants. Our room was spotless, huge shower and super comfortable oversized king bed. My husband used the spa - so helpful for a tired back after travel. Wonderful breakfast before we departed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous small boutique hotel in the centre of the Old Town

Small luxurious hotel in the old town. The rooms were beautifully furnished. We loved the roof terrace (this had to be booked as you had exclusive use of it). The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Also liked the inner courtyard where we had breakfast.

Rooms were small. Not much room to put a suitcase. Shower was excessively large (looked like it had been designer for 2 people but only had one shower attachment)
