Location and facilities

Noise sometimes from the street. Probably due to tradies working down the street. But on a sunday morning omg. Also shouldn't have to pay for carpark at any accommodation if you are paying for a room

The apartment was a great place to escape to for a week of quiet and comfort.

The apartment was quiet and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good size fridge/freezer, a microwave, stove top and oven, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, kettle and toaster, and washer/dryer (though I couldn't work out the dryer function).

Kitchen equipment was basic and I could have used some instructions for the TV, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer (there were some instructions but not enough). The microwave was on top of the fridge, which was a stretch for a short person! I should have checked the pictures more carefully before booking and specified I wanted a walk-in shower - my apartment had an over-bath shower so I had to go out and buy a non-slip bath map and suction safety grips to get in and out safely. There was heating and cooling in the main room but nothing in the bedroom, and the windows couldn't be opened so it got a bit stuffy at night.

Good, clean and Cozy room for family trip

Full equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good layout. Big apartment. Good cafe nearby and quiet places.

Extra charge for parking space. Not very convenient shopping location.

Room flooded and manger was incompetent and showed distain towards us and no compensation.

The location was great.

Our room flooded and we spent the whole morning wringing out wet towels, so no more damage was done, also the manager was unhelpful and only cared about her problems and not our discomfort being in a room that was flooding and that all of our clothes got we. Very bad form, plus we weren’t offered any compensation of any form.

Spacious apartment with all the facilities you need. Nice and clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The king bed. Would have liked a king bed instead of 2 king singles. If a king bed is advertised, that is what it should be.

Comfortable stay with washing facilities

Nice comfortable beds and chairs. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Towels were good. Windows opened to the fresh air

The air conditioner is centered in the main area leaving the bedroom a bit warm especially with a duvet. Sunday not necessarily a good time to be there as it is quite isolated and food venues a bit limited.

Most comfortable bed ever! Spacious and clean. With views of Adelaide hills.

Stove was a bit hit and miss, some rings hardly worked. Some measuring cups would be handy. Smoke alarm went off at 3am and had to evacuate- it was a false alarm but no explanation given.
