the Host was very helpful and friendly. Cassidy is brilliant and kind

Nice sized 3 bedroom unit for the family. Overall acceptable levels of quality.
Unit requires a deep clean and some maintenance to the property.
4.0
The space and facilities are good.
All as per expectation
all good.

It was self-catering so I made my own breakfasts! The suburb was upmarket and very quiet. The venue was big enough for our needs. All rooms extremely comfortable.
The shower curtain should be replaced with a sliding door. The left-hand water tap in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Perhaps a small clothesline in the garden may be useful?

Shower Curtain.

The property secured, very neat and no noise. Everything we need and the privacy was a bonus. We will book in future again. Thanks for the team.
Maybe they can just add to the cutlery a small sharp knife for cutting the fruit and some plastic containers.

Nice large balcony. Good sized fridge/freezer. Bianca was very friendly and did her best to assist.
Kitchen was very sparsely equiped. Only 1 steak knife, no bowls for salads or chips etc. Very limited utensils. Torn curtain in bedroom. No cover for the light in the bathroom (dangerous!) Building is in need of maintenance.
4.5
The place was nice and neat very relaxing and great value for money
The fact that you must pay a refundable R1000 for damages
They could have hang some curtains or blinds at the kitchen window

Ideally situated
This facility can be compared to backpacker accommodation, and was not what I expected it to be, as advertised.
Place was dirty.
Never cleaned.
Dirty bedding.
There is definitely no basic maintenance and renovations done to property.
They do not even supply a basic commodity like toilet paper. We had to purchase our own.
Even though I hired 2 units I was allowed only 1 garage parking, making it unsafe for our vehicles and personal belongings.
With our stay we had bad weather and it was cold, there wasn’t extra blankets or heaters in our units.
This facility does not update and check their inventory list. Took them 3 weeks to refund my R500 breakage deposit, after several calls.

3.5
Comfortable and good location.
No hot water/water on the first and second nights as the geyser burst. We were informed but the repair should have been completed as a matter of urgency.
3.5
Lots of space, nice large garden and good WiFi !
The kitchen lacked pots and pans, no braai bucket , only two knifes one very small and the other a bread knife, no cheese grater and the cooker didn’t work. Staying there as a family with two children these things were important to us.
4.5
We did not take breakfast option
