Ms. Emmy should be commended for her outstanding performance at the reception desk! She was Professional and displayed perfect Customer Service skills! I also want to thank the Bell Men who greeted me at the front entrance and made me feel safe, secure, and welcomed like a VIP.

Ok hotel poor service

The location was close to the river, bridge and night market. But was also loud at night. The breakfast was decent.

The service for the price wasn't great. Don't book taxi service with them. It is more expensive, and should something go wrong, they don't take responsibility or initiative to fix it. At check out, they delayed us 30mins because they were looking for a towel. They wanted us to pay the $15 for one bathroom towel. We told them they could check our bags it would be faster but they said they dont do that. They tried to make us feel guilty that if we didn't pay, the cleaning staff would have to pay.

Great location - excellent room and facilities - friendly and helpful staff with good English - motorbike hire available from hotel too - would recommend and will use again ourselves

Hairdryer located in bathroom is not practical - bathroom floor very slippy after shower as water scooshed over the side - fridge not at all chilled - no spirits in minibar

Just a magnificently located HOTEL

Great location with a magnifent view overlooking all parts of Da Nang especially the River and Main City. Easy access to all parts of Da Nang by Taxi. A TOP Quality Hotel and well worthy of 5 Stars.

This Hotel has everything includuing the glorious views.

A lovely motel, exceptional value,

Very clean, modern motel, great value. View of Dragon Bridge, restaurants within walking distance, location river view (not beach), breakfast provided with room rate but we had an early flight, staff made a breakfast box for us.

Rooftop pool was lovely, however sunbeds are under a roof cover & cannot be moved to catch the sun, lovely view of city & river from infinity pool, however would be a little scary with children, no fence whatsoever on one side, straight out over the side from within the pool

We had a very pleasant stay for the 6 days we were there.

The reception was very helpful and kind. The greeters at breakfast were also very kind. We loved the view we had and room itself was good.

Sometimes the cleaning staff didn’t clean the bathroom well. The floor was the main area which wasn’t cleaned well. There was long stands of dark hair on the floor (probably left by the the mop). I have short white hair. I also found the variety of pasteries lacking and only white bread was available instead of a variety of browns.

Was one of our best hotels we have stayed at.

The room we had gave us the most amazing views over the dragon bridge and the city , best we have had .The pool was just amazing.

Awesome hotel, fabulous view & drinks on the rooftop

loved the room, great bed, awesome view, pool, breakfast was good, nice staff

no hair conditioner. need to byo in Vietnam (3 hotels & none have this). no soy, almond or oat milk for tea or coffee is common in Vietnam. ps: I don’t recommend the Signature Spa massage with hot & cold stones, unless you like Vietnamese massage & a bit of torture with burning hot stones. My husband & I prefer Thai, Swedish or Aromatherpy massages when in Vietnam.

Everything was OK

The view of the Bridge in the balcony with fireworks in a lunar new year was just awesome. and my girlfriend really liked cacao coffee for room service.

just one staff was not so polite. he was chewing a gum when I take a motorbike and didn’t say any words.

Fantastic stay at the Fivitel

Enjoyed 3 nights at their apartment on the 23rd floor. Fivitel is a stand alone hotel building that is about 25 stories tall. Our apartment was on the 23rd floor the the view from up there is awesome. We could see the coast, Goddess of Mercy status, Ferris wheel from our balcony. The apartment came with 2 rooms, 3 bathrooms, induction cooking stove, living room and all round balcony. The staff there speaks english and are extremely helpful. Daily buffet breakfast was good as well. The area is peaceful and noise from the roads is not a problem. Pros: Friendly staff. Good water pressure with hot water at all faucets. Big rooms. Great view. Quiet Fantastic view from full height window. Even see the sunrise. Better view from the open air rooftop bar. Nice pool. Defintely recommend this place.

Cons: Dated interior decor. - faded gold outline on doors, dirty gold carpet. Some fixtures needs repairing eg. Bathtub faucet clamp. Balcony door lock.

Receptions were very helpful, their English is very well. Breakfast was tasty. The room was very clear.

It is not the "newest" hotel, so bathroom has visible marks of usage.
