Good value, great location, awesome stay!

The rooms are very spacious and big. There’s a fridge, a place to cook, utensils. You can even do a self-service laundry if you want and it’s FREE. The staff are very nice and supportive! They made me a WhatsApp group chat so I can just chat them any concerns and questions at any time. They even recommended a great place to eat some authentic vietnamese food. They also allowed us to leave our bags at the lobby after checkout since our flight was still at night and we didn’t want to haul our luggages everywhere. The place is very near the airport too, like a 5-min drive.

Superb!

It is in the city center, close to the airport, restaurants and massage places. Despite its location, it is quiet. It is clean and spacious, and good value for money. The girl at the reception speaks good English and she was so kind when she knew that we got our booking on a wrong date. I’m so happy that I stayed here on the last night I was in Danang. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

Comfortable and relaxing experience. Strongly recommended

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Netflix and YouTube was available. Lots of storage space. Lovely balcony area to chill.

I wouldn’t say dislike but the only that would make it even more perfect is a full length mirror 😁👍

Decent, not sure if I would return though

Very clean and good location. Can use the washer and dryer for free. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Price was almost double compared to hotels in neighboring areas. Also, no breakfast included.

Awesome place.

I loved everything about this place, especially Minh and her crew who made sure everything was just perfect. My room was massive and very clean. I also liked the location of the hotel - it’s right in the city center (lots of food options) and it takes 5 minutes by scooter to get to the beach.

Comfortable to the extend that I would go back

The host Minh was very very helpful. I had an issue with my flights and she ensured to help and checked on me even when it was late. She even offered to order some food incase I was hungry. Then all along my stay she and her team were extremely caring and helped to make me comfortable in their lovely hotel. Would go back and stay in this place in a heartbeat.

All was great. Just ensure that the room key does not turn off the AC during warm weather.

Great host, spacious room, well located in the centre of the city near food.

We thought the host was very nice. The room was quite large and pretty. The size of the fridge was good and although we did not use it we appreciated that a kitchen was provided. The clothes washing service was also excellent and quick.

We didn't like how rooms did not have a way to indicate to room service whether to clean or leave undisturbed. We had to answer the door a few times when housekeeping came by whilst we were still in the room.

Excellence

Even though the hotel and the room were excellent, the staff was truly what set this place apart. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. In one instance I had an issue with food poisoning due to the food I ate somewhere, the staff went above and beyond I'm helping me get medicine, ordering food, and checking up with me to make sure I was okay. This is service that would come from a 5* hotel! I will definitely push all my friends and family to book this place if they ever go to Da Nang.

amazing and trustworthy experience

Staff and also my friends (Huyen and mingshu) are superb and amazing. they are considerate, helpful, open-minded and willing to communicate. staying here for two days made me feel like going home. honestly speaking, when you travel alone in a new place, nothing is more important than having a trustworthy local friend. you guys just made all these experiences unforgettable. thank you again for being patient and caring. would love to come back again:)

Wonderful staff and spacious rooms close to the airport

Spacious rooms, very helpful and accessible staff, nice showers and fridge/hot plate in each room and elevator access. The availability of cribs was also a nice feature and laundry facilities. It was about 5-7 minutes from the airport (our taxi was 56 dong)

The beds were on the firmer side.

The communication was superb, so friendly, so helpful, genuine customer service excellence, so rare these days. Great location, twenty minute walk from the train station and a further twenty minutes to the ‘Dragon Bridge’ later that evening.

My gf and I stayed here for 1 night and every thing about this hotel was exceptional. My room was really nice and clean with the gorgeous city view. It even had a Bluetooth speaker for you to play music which a lot of hotels don’t have. The clerk, Huyen, was really nice and helpful. Finally, the price was $30 per night which is not so bad.

Our stay was made perfect thanks to Huyen, who speaks great english and is super helpful and nice!

Huyen (the host) was extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay in Da Nang was perfect thanks to her! The beds are large and comfortable and the location is great to go around the city or ride to the beach. The rooms were clean and the bathroom too, and there were many toiletries to use.

The beds were hard so some people might not like it. Some rooms have windows to the main street so expect some noise during the day.

Huyen was very hospitable in checking us in and showing us around. She introduced us to the washing machine and drying, which was complimentary. She also gave us lots of google links to food and other attractions around the area. =)

Great location and winderful host

Host was amazing and provided alot great locations for food and places to visit.

Some small repairs around the room like toilet roll holders loose, bathroom doorknob was also loose and maybe a DND plaque you can hang outside your door.

Stay at this hotel, you will not regret it!

This is the best option you can take! We would come back to Da Nang just for this hotel. Room was exceptional, very spacious and clean. Looks exactly like the photos provided and exceeded expectations. Huyen was so kind and friendly whenever we saw her. Helpful with suggestions and flexible with our arrangements. Laundry was so useful and provided detergent and softener. Elevator to all the floors was very useful as we were on the highest floor. Kitchen appliances in our room were new and clean and there was a larger kitchen downstairs if we ever needed it. Other reviews mentioned a thin mattress, however we found it very comfortable.

Some small things but would not affect my review -internet connection was slow at times -hot water could run out quite quickly

Very enjoyable stay

Really modern and contemporary design. The manager was so lovely and really helpful, going above and beyond her call of duty. she’s available on WhatsApp whenever you need and is really insightful on local things to do. she even offered tips for the rest of our time in Vietnam! The location is good, near the dragon bridge and near the city centre. you probably need a scooter to get around though as the city is quite big. Free washing machine (absolute dream)

Very new, all amenities, inclduing washing and driyng machine, espresso cofee maker in the lobby Large rooms, about 40m2, modern design The girl from front desk is a student, very good english speaker, help us to book the trips, even we come very late and everything was booked I really recomend Lady Budha trip, Hoi An trip. For the Golden Bridge, is fact you must take ticket to a sot of Disneyland park, that I don't like, if I'll do it again, I will leave immediatelly after see and picture the bridge Grab from the airport about 40000 vnd (less then 2 euro), and to the beach about 35000 vnd

Mattress is too hard for me, but this is question of taste

Exceptional

The host Huyen was extremely helpful & available to answer & help with all our queries. The place is well located, the stay was very comfortable we felt at home. We could launder our clothes as Huyen helped with the washing machine. She also gave us good recommendations for Vegetarian restaurants & helped us with taxi pickup from HoiAn & booking a bike. We were well taken care of . We were comfortable to have our breakfast in the kitchen with facility of microwave & kettle. Overall we were very happy with our stay here & with Huyens hospitality. If you are looking to stay in the city center this place is perfect.
