Location was the best thing about the 2 seasons. Closely followed by the female receptionist and the guy that was responsible for making breakfasts.
My room on the top floor had a great terrace.
Being on the top floor, it would have been nice to have had someone take my case up.

The hotel's location is amazing - it is located right in the old city of Baku. Main tourist places are in a walking distance from the hotel - Shirvanshah saray Maiden Tower, Nizami street, Fountain square.
The room was comfortable and had a balcony with the amazing view of the sea.
The breakfast served in the hotel was very good.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem to check in for the flight next day with the Azerbidzanian company and they called to the airport to help me to solve this issue. They also called us a taxi to the airport.
There are very good restaurants nearby which serve traditional food - Gaynana, La Quzu etc
I recommend this hotel. Very good place to stay in the Old city of Baku.
nothing. All was really good

Staff was very helpful,at reception Javed and the lady at night shift.
Must say breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean. thanks to the chef for preparing take away breakfast at early morning departure. Highly recommended.
Could have stayed in a room with a better view.

Breakfast good!

Location. Quiet. In old city which made the setting nice but only a two minute walk from the front gate to get out.
Wifi was strong.
Always a staff member in the lobby - all day and night.
The personal breakfast spread looked pretty but didn't taste very good.

Great location, nice big terrace , and the bed was comfortable
breakfast was a bit poor, we only got juice in one morning and they don’t seem to know what is glutenfree ; room wasn’t so clean; the safe wasn’t working

Breakfast was amazing, location superb. we liked having a balcony in the city center. friendly staff.
bathroom could benefit an upgrade: moving toilet seat, lot of water spillage in bathroom after a shower, mould on shower ceiling, no ventilation.
we had a last minute cancellation of one night which could have been anticipated better.

Best price for money and I didn’t expect to have a balcony and decent room for such low price

location was perfect, in the old town close to restaurants and sites. the room and facilities were very clear and comfortable, as pictured. however the staff really put this place above the rest. the staff went out of their way to help me, including booking me a bus to my next destination. thank you! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Baku.

Hotel is situated in Old Town, very good location. It’s cozy and clean. You won’t stay hungry after breakfast) And most importantly, the stuff is very friendly here!
Small problem is the lack of an elevator (if you have heavy luggage)

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! It started at the reception desk when my attendant Leyla did her best to make sure I settled in properly. The room was very nice, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the location was the best I can ask for in this area as it was easy access to all main attractions! I definitely recommend a stay at this quite and cozy boutique hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel!
- Hotel location is perfect: in the beautiful old town. Everything within Old town, Nizami street, Baku Promenade and Highland Park are within walking distance. Old city Metro station is near to the hotel in case we want to travel to attractions not within walking distance.
- Room was big and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay and good sleep during my 3 nights in Baku. Heating was perfect and balcony was cute offering views to the Flame towers
- Staff were lovely: Leyla, Javid, Yousef and one more (forgot the name)
- Breakfast was sumptuous and filling. I always had a good start to the day thanks to the breakfast. Also, breakfast is served from 7:30 am unlike 8:00 am which I liked a lot
- Leyla and the hotel staff also helped me book a day trip to Guba and Khinaliq in Caucasus Mountains which was amazing

the location is very good and comfortable 👍🏻
the hotels is valuable, it was always clean, breakfast was fantastic every morning, and you don’t have to wake up early morning to be on time, it is enough just to make a call to reception before 10 minutes;)
the stuff was very nice, helpful and fun )))
That was my time in Baku, and of course this cozy hotel was a good choice of mine!
Thank Yusuf and Javid, can’t wait to see you again! 🫶🏼

Breakfast, staff(especially Javid), closeness to city centre, view, balcony, all of them were perfect. I definitely recommend.
Bed was little bit uncomfortable. Rest was perfect though.

the property is in a great location in the Old City, which is a good area in terms of access to other parts of Baku. The staff, especially Javid, were so kind and welcoming. Javid is very funny and also very attentive with excellent English. The breakfast was big and tasty. I am very satisfied.

Everything!
- room was really spacious and it was exactly as described, however, balcony was better than in photos.
- location is suberb. I recommend a brisk morning walk on the boulevard, which is just a stone's cast away.
- the hearty breakfast will see you through your sightseeing.
- friendly and helpful staff. The airport transfer worked perfectly.
- very clean and well maintained.
- soundproofing was very good, however, I would not recommend sleeping balcony door open of you are a light sleeper
nothing really!

It is small hotel located near the entrance to the old town, so very convenient to visit all attractions of Baku. Room was big, very clean, breakfast decent. The staff is very attentive and courteous, ready to help at any time. It was really great!
