Staff very helpful, we had no where to stop and was stranded and the hotel staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were really nice and the breakfast was sueperb
6.0

Sonst absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr schönes Deluxe Zimmer.
Sehr großes Bad.
Gute isolierten Fenster,
Man hört fast nix vom Straßenlärm.

Nice staff, breakfast facilities, stylish rooms. Great that room has Chromecast enabled TV. Free cot was offered.
Would be nice if rooms were a bit more child-friendly - softer corners, out-of-reach toilet brush, etc. Was able to move tricky items in some cases.

Location and staff
Cleanliness (stains on walls, sticky carpet, bathroom not particularly clean). Cleanliness is a must in any hotel!

Hotel offers street parking with 14 euro per day, but drive some 200 meters further and you will find lots of free parking places
I felt myself fully cheated in this hotel
1. BEWARE FAMILIES WITH KIDS!
We are a family of 5 and were looking for 2 rooms (one double and one for two adults + 6 year old kid). The hotel offered a double room for 3 but it turned out there is NO ADDITIONAL sleeping place and they suggested a kid to sleep with us in a small double bed.
2. The room for 3 had only 1 big and 1 small tower.
3. Room cleaning is deducted to once per 3 days (which is not the best but acceptable currently) however we stayed longer and none of two rooms were ever cleaned, no trash cleaned, no soap or toilet paper added.
4. Overall cleanliness of rooms is very questionable
5. We addressed all mentioned problems to staff only additional towels were provided

Really lovely hotel! The staff were super friendly. Loved the vibe and our dog was welcome! Also a nice place to just hang out after a day of Christmas Markets.
The pillows were pretty bad, but the bed itself was comfortable. A hot water boiler would be nice.

Nice room with comfortable bed and in theory all the facilities you need
there was no hot water in the morning when I wanted to have a shower. Apparently there was a problem with the pump, which was due to be fixed, but it had not been fixed yet when we had to check out.
Breakfast was a frustrating affair, as it was far too busy in the breakfast area - we couldn’t even sit down properly so we ended up not having a lot of breakfast- a bit of a shame, as we had paid extra to have breakfast.
We might just have been unlucky, but it definitely wasn’t the best hotel experience I’ve had, especially considering the price we paid

The waiters were very helpful and kind and the hotel was clean and hygienic with a sense of design, which gave us a very good stay.
The location is a bit awkward, about the same time walking and taking the tube from the train station. This meant that it also took us some time to get to and from the nearby metro station. Also the hotel was under renovation nearby and even though we chose a high floor we still couldn't see a good view.
