Excellent

The staff is amazing & they care about guests - special thanks mr. Lucky & Phal. Pool was nice. They booked for me the mini van to phnom penh.

Cleaning should be improved - there were hairs in my room. Tuk tuk driver was not good - it is not the hotel tuk tuk - you need to be careful about it & can’t be trusted as hotel staff. Gym was closed.

Excellent hotel !

🌟 Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it! The Green Amazon is perfectly located, just a quick 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from Pub Street 🍻 and a mere 2-minute stroll from the circus 🎪. The staff at the Green Amazon are not only kind and attentive but also super helpful! And they always greet you with a big smile 😊. It's such a delightful experience! We booked the Green Amazon for 3 nights for all of our guests (48 rooms) 🏨. We even held part of our wedding there! Two traditional ceremonies with Buddhist monks in the reception hall, followed by a lavish buffet by the pool 🎉. The food was absolutely amazing, and our guests couldn't get enough! Besides the wedding festivities, our guests enjoyed the delicious meals offered by the Green Amazon. They're simply scrumptious! Plus, the hotel has a massage parlor 💆‍♂️, a nail salon 💅, and even a hairdresser 💇‍♀️, making it super convenient for guests. And guess what? A gym is in the works too! 💪 I wholeheartedly recommend the Green Amazon for your Siem Reap adventures. You won't regret it! 🌴

Best two weeks I had in Cambodia!

Everything! Large rooms, a spa tub, private patio next to the large pool! Every morning you got a great breakfast with good variety, and some incredible coffee and fruit too! The staff are incredible, and ensure your every need is met. We came to them with on problem and they went above and beyond to make up for it. Best two weeks I spent in Cambodia! 11/10

Some guests don't seem to follow hotel rules and think because they have children that etiquette and manners don't apply to them. Not the hotels fault, but quite a few snobby guests.

We would have stayed even longer

We absolutely loved our stay here, with the friendly and helpful staff around Mr Lucky. Nice pool area with a big pool. Great food in the restaurant or as room service. Everything is reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious and clean with a bathtub at the window.

amazing hotel and lovely staff.

I had a fabulous stay at Green Amazon! Every member of staff was so attentive and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveler. the hotel is reasonably priced for the room and pool, I don’t think there was an issue for the location. there was always a tuk tuk to take into the center and it was good price. I had a massage which was excellent and ate a few times at the restaurant and the food was lovely. overall a great stay and would highly recommend to everyone

the service staff like Srey Nich or especially "Linda" fulfilled the guest's every wish. very good recommendations regarding the excellent menu or a new visa is required. She is extremely friendly, reliable and honest. which I really appreciated during my stay. Thank you Linda and Srey Nich

Justifiable for Money Ratio...

The room in a very good size, you have everything you would need plus the value of money is very justifiable with the price they offer. And I must say the pool area are the highlight, quite a huge and nice pool gor such small hotel.

Well, more or less it the location. It's not that bad it's just a bit hidden. Normal tourist that are not local might find it abit in the middle of nowhere, while it actually not that far just off the main road.

The staff, room, pool area, and breakfasts were all wonderful.

The hotel staff, especially Mr. Paul and the young lady who helped us with arrangements in the mornings, were amazing. Some of the friendliest people we've met! The room was spacious, the pool area was very nice and the breakfast was lovely. The location is outside the city center but only about 10 minutes and $2 USD each way to go there and it was good to be somewhere less hectic for a few days. Got a massage set up on premises for $12 USD and that was great as well.

A mirror in the main room would be nice but that's a very minor point ;-)

Superb

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. They do their utmost best to keep mosquitoes to aminimum Swimming pool is as pretty as on the pictures and has a very pleasant temperature Food at the hotel is good Breakfast was great Wifi is strong Bathtub with a view is very enjoyable

The location is too far from the centre to be walking distance and due to covid not much of the commercial activity has opened up yet around the hotel. Taking a tuktuk is an easy option though and for peace and quiet the hotel was great. Being nitpicky, there was some maintenance that could be done, and they were working on some things. I assume this is due to covid. There was for example a tile missing in the otherwise beautiful swimming pool.

Comfortable stay

This hotel was perfect for our family. The large room with 3 beds was great. The complementary breakfast from the menu was very good. Pool was a refreshing treat. Most importantly the staff were friendly and accommodating.

If you want a location close to town or attractions this is not the place for you but there was east access to tuk tuks so we were quite happy.

Great place!

Everything wasvery clean and the staff were very friendly.

If i must say something, and not being the hotel's fault; during the day it was very noisy because there were lots of children playing in the swimming pool. Because we had to work during the day in the room it was a bit uncomfortable but if you want to stay in the hotel only in late afternoon and sleep, it was perfectly fine.

Enjoy the peaceful environment and tranquility of the hotel . Ideally for guests who like to be away from the noisy town

An out of town location in a quiet area. Peaceful and good relaxation hotel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

There is no English speaking TV , only a few Khmer tv. Maybe this need updated for Westerner guests.

1. My room was 2nd floor and there was no elevator 2. TV was not working, interphone was not working 3. The first day, hotel didn't provide water, even nothing in the mini bar. I couldn't drink water even i would pay for that. 4. The location was the worst.

Do NOT book this hotel

I do not recommend this hotel. The location is quite far from the city center (considering how small Siem Reap is). I had many broken things in my room - bed lamp, strongbox, fridge, air-condition. Shower was only cold & walls were super tiny, you could hear every move of your neighbor. I was there only person and I was waiting 20-25 minutes for breakfast&coffee(!). I have decided to rather eat somewhere else. Taxi ordered by the reception was 3x more expensive than from Grab, so they were not able to help and negotiate a good price for me. I am sorry, I do not have anything positive to say besides that the room was clean.

Dishonest receptionist! I gave her a $50 note for the room no change was given back only to be told that i have to pay again when checking out!!!! I told the manager to review the camera but he didnt seem to care! Be careful when paying your room when checking in and make sure you get a receipt otherwise you might be their next victim!
