Buona posizione. Posto auto all'interno. Signora gentile alla colazione.

Abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti al caldo per il check in nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata fatta la mattina, confermata via mail ed avessimo comunicato l'orario di arrivo. Nessuno all'accoglienza e caccia al tesoro per entrare nella camera. Esterno fatiscente, poco accogliente e decisamente sporco. Odore nauseante in camera coperto da un profumo forte ancora più nauseante. Televisore funzionante a tratti. Mi fermo qui ed evito altri particolari poco gradevoli. Colazione sufficiente ma i cornetti ripieni di crema non posso essere tenuti al caldo. Io e i ragazzi siamo stati ben contenti di lasciare la struttura.

Die Betreuung, der Check in und das Frühstück(insb der Kaffee) war sehr gut

Es war schon sehr einfach und etwas abseits. In Deutschland hätte ich bei diesen Preis deutlich weniger Punkte gegeben. Im Verhältnis für Pisa war es ok

The room was in the ground floor. To enter the room you need to pass utility room and it wasn’t pretty. In my opinion it was overpriced

Gentilezza della signora Karmen, ampiezza della stanza.

Struttura molto spartana, a tratti trascurata, soprattutto all'esterno. Aggancio per il soffione della doccia rotto, così come altri appendini. Wi-Fi funzionante solo vicini alla porta d'ingresso.

Colazione abbondante e con ampia scelta di prodotti. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti di guida dal centro Parcheggio su strada (strisce blu) o previa prenotazione (10 euro) all'interno della struttura,

Goed verblijf

Ruime kamer, heerlijk ontbijt.

Voor het parkeren op het terrein betaal je 10 euro. En dat is goed betaald. Er is in de straat voldoende parkeergelegenheid en dan betaal je van 8.00 tot 17.00 €0,75 per uur. Mevrouw maakt de parkeerkosten op haar terrein wel vooraf bekend.

Excellent and lovely place to stay, we would definitely stay again. It was close to the train station and the river and

It’s was easy to access, welcoming and friendly people, very clean, everything was there that you needed, even a very powerful hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The shower head needed changing, the outlet holes were damaged, although it still worked enough to have a good shower. The toilet lid and seat needed fixing or replacing, it moved on one side.

Superb

The staffs were so nice and helpful. After we went back the B&B and all of us were covered in sweat, the staff gave us free cold water and it was so sweet. We definitely enjoyed the wonderful breakfast so we could start the day with tasty breakfast.

It would be better if the air conditioner could be cooler.

Grear stay and well recommend.

It is in walkable distance to the center about 25min., incl to the price is a fresh breakfast buffet with fresh coffee and eggs, which is lovely. There was a little garden, where you can sit and drink a glass of wine in the evening.

If I need to point out what we didn’t like is, that in the morning you hear the other guest in the breakfast room, as we had the room next to the breakfast room but this is the only thing.

One night in Pisa

Nice location close to city centre

Next to Arno river, in a green and quiet area. The bed was very comfortable, the room was large and very clean. The breakfast was very good, they had boiled eggs, caprese, some type of italian ham, croissants and many types of sweets, yoghurt, juice, coffee. We had a kettle in the room so we could make coffee before breakfast time (8 00). Even though the river was very near, we didn't feel high humidity in the room. In the courtyard there were many beautiful pot flowers. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

The bathroom was a bit old and the toilet basin had a problem, after flushing it didn't fill again without being careful to keep it pushed until all the water runs out of it.

Basic BF available

Smallest possible shower cubicle directly built in the room which is so claustrophobic and small that even 1 adult cant manage inside the shower. I turned around to pick oap and the water handle got touched by my body and moved to hot setting which led to boiling water from shower on my left side of body causing massive pain and trauma. Whole night there was water seepage noise coming from a pump probably located besides the wall of the room - this was a massive inconvinience

Good place for a quick visit to Pisa

The property was more than enough for what we needed and in line with what I saw on the description. Once we arrived at the property, the staff was friendly and professional.

The communication was poor. Prior to our arrival the only messages we received were related to the late check-in additional charge. No mention of how to get to the reception (it was dark, raining, and not well indicated).
