Great, little hotel in Şişli - would recommend to friends! Description

- Friendly, helpful reception staff - Complimentary Turkish tea on arrival - Very clean bedroom and bathroom - Comfortable bed - Kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water provided in room - Fridge, safe and toiletries - Slippers - nice touch! - Packed breakfast box as had to check early

French TV channel didn't work :-(

I can honestly say that I enjoyed my stay at the Sparkle Hotel and not only would I recommend it, I.

the staff was very accommodating with my breakfast and meals request as I was limited with what I could eat due to the dental treatment I was on. All the staff from the manager through to all members of staff made me feel welcome and at home. Many thanks to all at the Sparkle Hotel.

So so bad 👎 dirty to the point they gave us room with dirty shets,pillows and blankets hair everywhere and stains over the sheets ,the glass of the door was dirty every thing disgusting,the breakfast poor.

Not worth money paid. Will not come back.

During our 5 days stay at the hotel we were faced with the following issues: - for 3 nights we did not have a hot water. When we approached the hotel staff they said that they can't do anything because it is night, they don't know how to fix it, and they did not fix it during the next day, the problem repeated. I took a shower with cold water 3 times. - A/C system was not working. - The hotel did not provide basics such as napkins/toothpaste. - Wifi was not working properly. The night before check out when we complained about hot water again, hotel staff said that hotel manager was informed but s/he is probably sleeping and it is what it is. We talked to the manager when were checking out and listed all issues we had during our stay. The hotel manager avoided responsibility saying that it is hotel staff's fault that our experience was bad, that they didn't tell her about the issues, and they couldn't have fixed anything at night anyways. She also was doubting our words responding that "it is only your room having such problems", while we changed 2 rooms, both having the same problems with hot water and A/C. Overall, hotel's management and staff's attitude was totally unprofessional. We were very displeased with the hotel, but were not offered a discount. The amount paid for the stay totally not worth the experience.

Wonderful staff, yummy breakfast - loved my stay at the Sparkle Hotel!

The Sparkle hotel stands out for its amazing staff and delicious breakfast. I arrived early and staff checked the rooms to see if I can check in earlier - I really appreciated the jesture to accommodate this request. Breakfast was not big, but always fresh and tasty. The room was nice and quiet, I liked the towels and linen - very comfortable and clean.

The hotel's location was great, however, it is still several min walk to the metro station. It was fine during beautiful May weather, but if you are visiting in summer, this may be too hot :)

Breakfast was a little different to what we were use to, but embraced the differant culture. Our stay at Sparkle was very enjoyable, excellent staff, ready to assist and was very helpful. Looking forward to my next stay!!

The only thing I can think of is that as I'm used to a warm breakfast, that was it, but as I said, when you are visiting another country, you should embrace the culture and anything else they have to offer.

What I like exactly about this hotel is the location you will find everything near to you starting from the mosque where you can pray all the five times in it, good restaurant all the good shopping malls you can easy access by using the nearest metro station to this hotel
