I ll never go back there again ! Horrible!

The place

There is no room service . I have to order from outside . They are bringing very limited menu from outside restaurant . I was planning to stay more but I got poison from food and change it the hotel . It’s very hard to not have room service . It’s not mentioned that they don’t have room service !!! It was horrible stay . Receptionist very bad attitude .

اقامة مميزة ، موقع استراتيجي وخدمة عالية اشكر موظفي الاستقبال على حسن اختيار الغرفة

موقع الفندق حسن الاستقبال بشاشة الموظفين نظافة الغرف مساحة الغرفة واطلالتها على زاوية بثلاث شرفات

خدمه الغرف كانت سريعه ولكن لن اعود للفندق مره اخرى

المكان حيوي وقريب من شارع نشنتاشي وشارع تقسيم

نفسيه بعض الموظفين بالرسبشن الازعاج الازعاج الازعاج لاحظت عائلتي عند الوصول ان ماء الحمام اجلكم الله ( لونه احمر ) ف اتصلت بهم وقالت لهم عن الماء ف اجاب قومي بفتح الماء لمده عشر دقايق وسيتغير لون الماء !!!! وحدث موقف اخر نحن عائله كبيره و الحجز كان ثلاث غرف مختلفه و احدى الغرف عملت جيك اوت للفندق وكتبت رايها بالاقامه ف تفاجات الغرفه الثانيه بالصباح بحظور شخص من الفندق وقام بالصراخ وطرق الباب بشكل هجومي ويقولcheck out check out وكان باقي للمده يوم والمبلغ مدفوع وحضور مره اخرى يريدون كاتب الكومنت ليقوم بمسحه ( والتقيم من حق المقيم لانه لم ياتي بصفه مجانيه ولكنه اتى وهو متحمل كل التكاليف ف من حقه ينقل تجربته بالكامل لانه دفع مبلغ مقابل خدمه سيئه من البعض حصلت معه

A very comfortable, pleasant, and homely stay.

At check-in we were given a room upgrade, which was great. The suite room was very spacious with two bathrooms. The open buffet breakfast at the hotel was also excellent. Location of the hotel is really excellent. Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was until 10 AM which could certainly be extended.

My stay was overall enjoyable and relaxing, except for the cleaning service issue.😊

I liked the hotel very much. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable. The hotel also had a great location, close to many attractions and restaurant.👍

The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the cleaning service. It was not as thorough as I expected, and sometimes they forgot to replace the slippers or put new shower gel. I think the hotel should improve this aspect of their service.

Very nice hotel

Location, friendly staff, near metro station and bus station, a few minutes walking to Cevahir mall, nice room size, and furniture. I will repeat my stay there in the future.

The room light is dim and needs soundproofing the room

very bad hotel below all standards

Nothing at all

The hotel rooms not as per the pictures on booking.com we booked for two nights but we couldn’t stay for 1 hour. we left the hotel and they refused to refund us back for the other night . very dirty place . TV size is like small computer screen , my advise save your money and go somewhere else.

awful, I won’t recommend it to anyone

first, lobby wasn’t clean and always has a very bad smell. second, room card always not working and i had to change it every day. third, the windows of the room wasn’t fixed and it was very very very noisy.. we can hear everything happening outside!! last, the reception guy (orhan) was so rude and disrespectful, and when I asked to talk to the manager he lied and said I AM the manager!! i was so angry and he was laughing so rude

Great location but hotel needs refurbishment.

Great location on busy street. Close to Sisli metro station. Cevahir Mall is less than a 5 minute walk. AC worked perfectly in Summer heat. Bed was comfy and sofa bed was of good size for 2 kids or 1 adult.

The quality of cleaning is awful. The floors were cleaned but still looked dirty. The Kitchenette counters were never wiped. There is no oven or washing machine in the kitchenette. There are no cutlery at all in the kitchenette. And No cups, no dishes, no pans. Kettle was provided. The showers are old and moldy and in major need of refurbishment.

horrible, it ruined our trip.

the location was the only positive aspect of our stay in this hotel, other than that it was a distressful experience.

The staff is rude and they take forever to respond, the rooms are very old and not clean. We had an incident where our daughter's brand new shoes were stolen from the closet and nothing was done about it so we really felt unsafe in that place and one of us had to stay when the room was being cleaned. They claimed to have checked the cameras but then one of the receptionists admitted that it was never done. We are very disappointed with the level of service and the facilities in this hotel and will never go back. One more thing is that the rooms look nothing like the pictures so I consider this place to be a scam.
