It took about 12 mins to walk to the pyramid, the location and ditance is really good! I asked the girl at the front desk to book the balloon flight of the next day when I reached the hotel, we use google translate to communicate, she was very patient. She first called to check is there still places left? Then booked for me. The lady drove me to the balloon flight place next day early morning!
No..

Nothing, everting was good.

Only an observation, to have access to the second floor, the stairs are very steep so if you take kids be very careful

It was a comfortable setting. And the staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

Quaint hotel with about 12 rooms. Friendly staff, eager to help. Able to park car in gated lot over night and while visiting Pyramids. Comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast. Quiet.
Location was a little out of the way but close to the Pyramids.

I loved staying here. The facilities were nice, fresh, and comfy, and their staff was incredibly supportive, attentive and welcoming. They didn't blink an eye when I had specific requests (like a ton of coffee to work during the night). They also arrange for you anything related to tours or tourism on its own, and provide recommendations for landmarks, activities and places to get specific things (food, medicine, among others).
You have a cute breakfast included, along with their nice and comfy beds and their rustic atmosphere.
I'll definitely come back, this was extremely positive and totally worth the price (which wasn't high either).

Great location. Very nice courtyard.
Great breakfast which the arranged to provide earlier than normal for us.
The shower drain smelled very bad. When we first got there we didn't realize it because they had a cover over the drain. However after we showered and took off the drain cover the room smelled the rest of the evening.
Also, even though the place appeared to have only two rooms occupied, they put us next to each so we could hear the couple arguing.

The garden is beautiful. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The parking is spacious and they close the gate at night to protect the cars.
The hotel is located in an unpaved street and the neighborhood doesn't look nice. However, we came back from a wedding very late at night and everything was ok.

nice large room with large comfortable bed. we had an electric heater which was really helpful. the garden is well mantained and you can stay in the evening if it’s not too cold. There is a little shop nearby from where you can buy drinks and other things. safe parking
breakfast was not really on my taste (quite limited) but it was ok to have. Some mosquitos during the night, outside.

very close to the entrance of the pyramids
you’ll need to have a car or take a taxi. the taxi that hotel called for us was in disrepair and charged us more than double what is fair

VERY CLEAN! COMFORTABLE BEDS! This is a very nice place to stay. Nice friendly service, and it’s walking distance to the pyramids. I arrived very late at night and the receptionist on duty kindly offered me tea or coffee. I didn’t have water to drink, and she brought up a full jar of hot water for the night. Breakfast is included and It’s the same every day: pancakes, fruits and coffee or tea.
Public transportation is available on the main avenue, about 10 minute walk from the hotel. The area is quiet and safe.
There is no restaurant in the hotel; however, they have a menu from a good restaurant that delivers food fairly fast. The restaurant is called “Don Mincho”.

Nice place with lovely garden. Peaceful.
Nothing.

It's a bit far from the city center but close enough by taxi. It's also in walkable distance from the pyramids
Ok room with old style decoration

The hotel is very close to the ruins of Teotihuacan. You can walk there in about 15 minutes. They organised a balloonflight for us and it was an amazing experience (except that our driver left us and we had to walk back to the hotel, not the hotels fault though). The breakfast was basic but allright (fruit, yoghurt and pancakes) and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and nice.
Maybe a little outdated, but then I'm nitpicking. Staff only speaks Spanish, but with a little basic Spanish and a translator app, everything is possible.

very close to pyramids and very friendly staff.
Hotel looks very nice with rooms around the courtyard.
sadly we were the only guests. They deserve better!
2.5
Location was good. West entrance of Teotihuacan is about 2km walking distance so yoi ca. Breakfast was minimal but alright. Nice local bodywash in the shower. Rooms are on the upper floor. Staff is helpful with organizing trips if you speak Spanish or know how to use a translation app. There is a small mini markt on the other side of the entrance. The "garden" is also the parking lot.
The place is quite loud. You have barking dogs all night and next door is a hot air balloon station which starts to operate at 5 a.m. in the morning. Staff doesn't speak a word of English which makes a lot of things more complicated then necessary. WiFi was also not great. Rooms don't have a safe and no fridge. Parking is on-premise which is good and bad.

Small boutique hotel with a beautiful courtyard garden. Friendly staff and a great breakfast included. Great value.
Nothing. All good.

The staff was very helpful and also allowed us to keep our car parked at their property while we went to visit the pyramids of Teotihuacan.
The "step-up" into the bathroom was taller than most you find in Mexico. One of us stubbed our toe badly and one of us slipped and fell going into the bathroom.
