It was next to the mountains and close to attractions and good restaurants. Breakfast was good.
It was a bit warm in the rooms, although it was cool outside. An aircon would have been nice.
4.5
It was a nice and cozy hotel with direct view to Trinity church and Kazbegi peak. We stayed in a triple room and it was huge and clean. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The check in was quick. They also had a wine shop in the building promoting local wine. There was no AC, but that didn't matter, as the weather was pleasant.

Very good location in town. Comfortable room and bed. Great Staff. wine store adjacent is nice, esp. since they offer free glasses of their wine!

The location looking over the mountains is fantastic, the lady who greeted us was very welcoming and put such a thoughtful spread out for us as we were on our honeymoon (thank you!!) and the restaurant served nice food. Would recommend! The wine shop is worth checking out, too!
The room got hot at night and could have done with AC.
3.5
Good location, friendly staff. Good views from breakfast terrace and rooms.
Room was stuffy, no a/c in summer. Breakfast was limited choice. Odd design of bathroom, large pillar in the room.
4.5
The location was great, offering a stunning view of the Kazbegi mountains. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and we really loved the pillows, they felt nice and rather firm. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
No AC in the room

Nice staff, good location.
Shower water was lukewarm. Asked staff 3 times to fix it. Finally fixed on our last day.

Good location with a view of the snow-capped Kazbegi mountains. The room was cozy and warm and had a nice view. The bathroom was clean and had all toiletries. Shower cubicle was also there. Even without using the room heater, the room was comfortable and well-insulated. Breakfast provided was excellent.
Even though I had booked the room on booking.com a few weeks ahead, the property did not find my reservation on their system. Since the property was almost empty, they didn't have a problem resolving it. Lift for access to upper floors were not working.

It was terrible when I asked for my invoice. I can only say his rudiness is really scary. I will definitely not come back because of this experience.

4.5
Everything was great, as always - the staff, the amenities, the view. Everything is of pretty high quality and worked properly.
This time I felt that the breakfast was a bit poor, maybe not enough guests in the hotel, I don't know. Still, what they had was tasty. Also the restaurant was a disappointment. Maybe you should stick to Georgian cuisine to be safe, but pasta, pizza, soups and burgers were a disaster.

Breakfast was extremely horrible. It was just bad simply put.
Everything could have been better. Very poor service.

Nice views over the mountains and saune is modern and large - it costs extra though
They made us fresh omlets after we complained about the state of the buffet
We were waiting +20 minutes to get our room keys - we arrives at 5PM so not the most unusual time, no one was around and eventually we figured out that the receptionist was sitting outside of the hotel so she must have seen us entering...
We booked the Junior Suite - the-structure of the room is weird like an L shape and the balcony is rough concrete with pointy steel coming out of it - it is not done.
The elevator did not work for two days we had to climb up to the top floor by foot all the time.
The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen - the fruit basket had moldy fruits, - I informed them they just took the entire basket and did not bring any fresh alternatives. The salmon chunks were dried shrinked pieces that looked like they made the journey from the fridge to the buffet for weeks on end, I bet many of the other things served did too - I hope no one got sick,
