Muy buena y tranquilo tanto el hotel como el lugar. Lugar estratégico de Cuenca para descansar porque podíamos recorrer el Centro Histórico.
Ninguno. Todo en orden.

24 hours check-inn. The location is middle in the historic center. The shower is really hot!
Maintenance is far behind and you can here everyone

TV with netflix was a nice touch. Shower was very strong.
The location is great but if you have a street side room like i did it is noisy as on one of big plazas. Pigeons literally live on the window sill and the noise of them cooing and flapping wings drove me mad.
Staff unfriendly
8.0
the staff very polite and the location of the property
Is confusing getting to your room, you might ask for some directions

It is a hotel located close to the city center, it's a 5 minutes walk. There are cheap restaurants in the area and several laundry services cheapers than the ones offered in the hotel. The room did not have a closet and the hotel does not offer breakfast but it's ok because the hotel is cheap. All in all everything was fine!
You have to ring the bell for someone to let you enter and let you leave. It was ok because there was always someone there.

Location was great. Close to the Centro Historico with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from
The bed was like sleeping on a slab of bricks.

The advertised room was not available or the just like to try an upsell. They kept trying to tell us to cancel the booking (they have cancelation disabled...) and take a room which would cost double the price.

Room I felt needed freshening up, ie walls scuffed.

Nothing. Very bad
Prices are different from what is in public. And the receptionist is so rude and bad

Very nice location between the bus station and the city center! Very good price.
The shower was not always warm. When we mentioned it to the reception it was solved.

Great location, in between the bus terminal and the centro historico. The water was very hot! Market right next door. and WiFi was really great for us!
Our room was very bright at night because of a street lamp directly outside. It was also pretty loud throughout the nights we were there, the other guests seemed to be partying in their rooms. not terribly bad, we managed, but worth mentioning

1) wifi does not work properly
2) the windows do not fit tightly, it was very cold inside at nights
3) contrary to the reservation the hotel added VAT to my bill
4) when washing my laundry the hotel lost one of my socks, the hotel needed half a day to find it

location was great! near cages restaurants and the square was a great vibe. the staff is friendly and helpful !
the walls are PAPER thin - it’s an old hotel I get it but we could hear the people next to us partying and getting freaky until about 3am aaah not what I wanted to listen to.

The shower is nice and hot and the rooms spacious.
It's a 10 minute walk to the historical centre.
The wifi connection is absolutely horrible. I had to do some work, but it took me so many hours and it is still not done.

Luggage storage offered, good location next to the market and 10 minute walk to the main plaza.
Sheets and blankets were not clean.

Good hotel in a central location. Decent sized rooms and bathrooms - best hot water shower we’ve experienced in South America so far!
8.0
Good localization, clean and comfortable, good wifi
3.0
- very late check in
- good location (but rather dangerous at night)
- wall socket in bathroom got worryingly hot and ruined our adapter (parts melted!) -> STAFF SAID it was OUR FAULT (even though the adapter was working perfectly for 10 days in various locations in Ecuador to this point) and refused to do anything for compensation
- hotel quite smelly in various places
- window was sprinkled in bird feces
- window did not close because of massive gaps -> cold
- dangerous location after sunset

staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all

good location, comfortable
the Windows were leaking when it rained so some of our stuff got a little wet.

Great location, clean

Comfortable and spacy room, and although the windows lead to the big square, it was quiet inside. The room has a lot of space for your stuff (cabinets, small table, chair, small sofa), the bathroom was extremely spacy with hot shower. Wi-Fi was very fast. The hotel is monitored with a lot of cameras and locked during all day.
Unsuitable automatic water tap in the bathroom. The mirror is above the toilet instead of the washbasin.

Excellent location on the main plaza of Cuenca right next to the market! Clean rooms, hot water, good WiFi. Sure bet in this price range!
