it was ok probably wouldn’t rush back to stay there

close to most things

one of the beds had stained sheets on it and they were winter sheets. towels were very worn. there wasn’t enough seating i the lounge room. photos are really miss leading

Average property which is run down

There was air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the kitchen which was nice. The bedding and towels were provided.

Very run down, paint jobs are awful, shower pressure is very low. They had alot of technology to use 'Alexa' but it was very fidly and didn't work opening blinds and other commands (no remote as back up so had to spend time trying to work it all out) Very noisy in the front 2 bedrooms as right on the road, hearing cars go past.

Disappointing

Was close to shops and train station. Enough beds for my family.

It was very expensive for what it was. There was a tyre in the front yard and a tree branch in our bedroom window as a security measure due to the windows not locking. Very noisy in the bedrooms with the traffic, and the beds were not comfortable. Overall, this is a very overpriced property in a run down condition. Would not recommend.

Exceptional

Great location. Heaps of beds. Spacious for nine people. Lots of air cons throughout so everyone was warm. Induction cooktop and smart tv with Apple TV made great entertaining for the kids. April was super lovely and kept in contact and was really helpful with what to do around Wollongong. Would definitely recommend this property to people. Awesome for two families to stay together.

Bathrooms are old so taps were a bit fiddly. Minor thing though. On the whole it was great.
