Excellent place to stay

The location is perfect, right on the beach, next to the bus station. Very clean, great breakfast, variety of fresh fruits and fresh juices, it was just perfect. The staff were beyond welcoming - very helpful, all people on the front desk were amazing, so competent, so polite - I felt at home because of them.

Maybe the swimming poll can be heated.

the hotel is in such a prime position, beautiful part of Palma nova, lots of top quality restaurants to choose from..

the location is amazing, my 2nd visit to the hotel, visited also in march 2023. so many lovely places to eat close by, and beautiful beach.

we had a really bad noise coming from next door to our room. we recorded the noise. told reception, and they said they’d have maintenance look into it. the problem never got any better and there was no follow up. it wasn’t a problem in the day. but unfortunately the noise went on throughout the night when we were in bed, we were in room 108….

Superb

Beautiful view from room. Reception very friendly and efficient.The bloke who was doing the morning entertainment has excellent humour.There is a bus stop 100m from hotel which takes you in and out of Palma, also A11 airport bus. Breakfast was delicious.

I thought the bar área very dated and the bar prices exceptional high with only very cheap quality red wine being served.

Couldn’t stay anywhere else in palma nova …

Breakfast was exceptional everything you could have wanted and friendly staff . The whole experience was great . We even re booked for oct 5 for another week ..

PERFECT!

Hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a great spot - beautiful sea view. Staff was super professional and nice, pool are was nice, clean and calm, breakfast was good and rooms were clean and nicely furnished. We will get back for sure!

Excellent value hotel on the beach, lovely staff

Our rooms had beautiful sea views, a lovely balcony and were very clean and nicely appointed. Not huge, but big enough. Great shower room, with a powerful shower. Cleaned every day, loads of clean towels. Fantastic self service breakfast, lots of fresh food and pastries, cooked breakfasts for those who wanted it. All the staff were very helpful. A big thank you to Evlina on reception who was incredibly kind and helpful giving us ideas where to visit. She also helped us us hire a car for a day, which was a great success. Also a thank you to Keith for his help

focused on British guests, bigger half of the breakfast buffet was English breakfast-huge pity, we would have liked to taste more Spanish/local food

Exceptional

Toni the entertainer was absolutely fantastic! His personality was infectious and he made both the daytime activities and evening bingo and quizzes fun! The hotel itself was spotless, couldn't fault it! Breakfast there was a great selection including fresh omlettes cooked in front of you! Reception, bar and pool staff were so friendly! Complementary Tea and coffee in the room also was brilliant!

We had an early flight so and the hotel offered an early breakfast, the selection here was very limited , toast or one choice of cereal with some fruit

Fantastic location great hotel. Will go back again.

Excellent location right on beach with a fantastic sea view. Breakfast in hotel was lovely with a great choice. Tea coffee facilities in room with milk and water in the fridge in the room. Very central with shop across the road from the hotel. Bus stop also close to hotel. You can travel without cash just tap your card when you get on the bus and tap getting off. Bus to airport was less than €5 per person. Taxi was €46. Entertainment every night in hotel. They do not take cash at bar but you can tap your hotel room card or pay by bank card.

Could not find a fault.

Exceptional

Staff superb, couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean everywhere, good facilites in the room, comfortable, (with a decent fridge) and the view was stunning. Breakfast was of good quality with plenty of selection. Location is spot on as well being close to bars, shops and restaurants.

The only fault I can find was the bar was a little pricey, but to be fair it's a high quality hotel so it is to be expected and there are plenty of options close by if you want a bit more value.

Very relaxing

Location is great near the beach, all rooms got a view of the beach. Pool area is nice and quiet with a good pool bar. Service is great.

Room 101 got some extra noise from below or outside - did not manage to locate it even though it kept me up during the nights.

Love the location and everything about this hotel.... 2nd time staying.....

The aircon could be a little bit better.... but its quite acceptable.... its hard to find anything wrong with this perfect hotel.

Great hotel

The rooms were very modern and a great size. Rooms were also extremely clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had an exceptional amount to offer and the food was nice. The entertainment provided during the day by Toni was great fun and he was nice and friendly. Activities were suitable for most ages and were very inclusive for all. We were a young couple who enjoyed the adult only aspect of the hotel, this does attract older couples but this didn’t bother us.

People tend to queue for the pool/sunbeds around 8am which is a little annoying considering the pool doesn’t open until 9.30am. once these people had put their towels down they then left for breakfast or went back to bed. I feel more could’ve been done to stop people doing this. The hotel had a policy of removing towels for beds which were empty for an hour but didn’t enforce this. it wasn’t really a big issue for me but meant we had early starts and couldn’t enjoy a lie in as we knew we would miss out on a sun bed.

Not as good as previous visits

Great location, reasonable sized room, great view from the balcony.

Have stayed several times and this year staff dudnt seem as friendly. Breakfast poor quality compared to other hotels. Pool area noisy with games etc. Didn’t go to evening entertainment although in previous years it was always good. Don’t like paying for a room safe that doesn’t even need a key. Other 4 star hotels don’t charge!! Poor show for the cost of the holiday being over £2k that you have to pay £40 for the safe!

Superb

Loved the pool and the location,

Was more a hotel for over 60s, Didnt like that the pool didnt open until 9.30 and even then you had to wait in a que in what was a holding area with a gate. Dash for sunbeds.
