It was an overall great experience

The overall experience was very great. We specifically love that there was tea and coffee available all day at the restaurant at no charge.

The cost of car parking should have been less for guests.

Parfait pour un court séjour

Le déjeuner était bon. Les employés très serviables.

2 ascenseurs étaient nettement insuffisants pour la grandeur de l’hôtel. On attendait régulièrement 5-6-7 minutes avant qu’il nous parvienne. Très près du centre-ville mais face à deux refuges pour personnes en situation d’itinérance.

Great hotel, horrible location!

Very clean. Easy check in. Great breakfast.

The location is very scary. Everywhere you walk you are surrounded by drug addicts shooting up and homeless people. It’s walking distance to the pretty parliament buildings but getting there is terrifying and we didn’t wander anywhere after dark. Beware!!

Très bien situé dans Ottawa! Récemment rénové et très confortable. Si la présence des itinérants vous dérange alors n’allez tout simplement pas à Ottawa! L’hôtel est très sécurisé et propre!

L’incivilité des gens qui parlent fort dans les couloirs le soirs ou tôt le matin!

Le séjour s'est déroulé sans encombre et l'hôtel est propre.

Le petit déjeuné était bien achalandé. Dans les chambres, il y avait de nombreuses serviettes ; c'était vraiment pratique et agréable. De plus, le parking n'est pas cher.

L'accueil par la personne lors de notre arrivée a été froide. Le personnel (notamment de sécurité) était un peu passif.

Appreciated the fact that the rooms were ready before 3:00, the time of my first meeting.

It served the purpose of a place to sleep and prepare for meetings.

Complimentary water was not included in the room.

Great experience, would absolutely recommend.

The breakfast was amazing, very appreciative of the variety of food. The staff were great too.

The breakfast area could be expanded a little, as sometimes there’s not enough room.

Guest did not get to stay. Money was wasted. Guest spent night living on the street

The guest I booked for was not able to check in. They required a deposit on check in and would not take debit. They did not get the hotel room and the money was wasted.

Was not told the deposit could not be paid by debit. Was not told I had to be there in person with a credit card to pay the deposit. I did not have option to pay for the deposit up front when booking online. Guest could not check into the room. Money wasted. Guest spent the night on the street.

Bad experience dealing the management in this hotel. The guy has no skill to satisfy the customer.

Breakfast is alright, nothing special but it is included Other than one day the room was not cleaned, the room is good, beds are good, has a fridge and microwave, air circulation is good

we rented the room for 4 nights, and the room was not cleaned one day before we left. When we arrived at the room on our last night of stay, we scanned the door to enter and we knew the DND sign was not there. My wife ensured the sign was taken out and left in her suitcase before we left the room that morning between 10 and 11 am.. We complained to the night staff immediately but could not talk to management. Next morning we talked to the manager but he insisted that we had the DND sign on the door. He then find the maintenance supervisor and showed us a sheet of paper showing DND written next to our room. We are obviously upset when the manager chose to trust his supervisor and ignore the customer's complaint. I have stayed with Holiday inn many times and this event gave us a lasting bad experience. I will hesitate to book Holiday Inn under the IHG name again. We feel we overpaid for an uncleaned room.

Want going to visit Ottawa glad we did

TheSecurity Attendant was veer helpful as when we checked in the desk was busy , went and got a map explained we we were what to do see and the best value sites in the capital. Excellent service a great asset

Rude front desk at the time of checkout. Tall male front desk officer wasn't ready to answer with manners. Only disappointment in the hotel is that experience.

Very pleasant and confortable, except for the parking lot

Customer service was great. The cleaning staff were friendly and diligent.

The parking is very narrow and dirty. You should do a cleaning to the parking, it was awfully filthy.
