Great spot but unfortunately have to be vigilant re food, water and mozzies.

Beach location. Rooms overlooking the pool. Friendly staff.

Our group all got sick from eating at the Como Club. Spoilt 3 days of our stay.

Exceptional Experience

We had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal, close to the beach, making it easy to explore. Our room was spacious and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the breakfast spread was delightful, featuring a mix of local and international dishes. We especially enjoyed the amenities (pool, restaurant), which added to the overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities, friendly staff and perfect location! Staying at Como Uma was the highlight of my trip to Bali, the staff were all so lovely and made me feel very welcome! The restaurant was lovely with great food and a beach view. I will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely staff, world class doctors and nurses. Property very worn down, sewerage smell throughout

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The pool on the ocean side was really nice. The medical team were the best people I have ever met.

Got food poisoning on the first day and spent the entire holiday in bed and have never been so critically ill.

Excellent location with beach club and breakfast by the sea.

Breakfast by the sea is great way to start the day. The staff are helpful and friendly and the suites are very large. All in all a great hotel in central beachfront Canggu.

The only thing that detracted from our stay was the number of kids in the beachside pool. It would be better and more peaceful for other guests if kids were kept in the larger pool, opposite the residences.

Heavenly stay here - highly recommend!

Staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. Gym was amazing - large and well-equipped. Pool was beautiful and lots of room - just noting it is slightly cold, but still a beautiful spot to laze in the sun and paddle in. Spa is amazing - highly recommend the deep tissue massages. The room I had was huge with 2 chaises in the room, a huge king bed as well as balcony with another chaise. The bathroom was large also with a big shower and bath which was much appreciated. It's a few steps from a gelato shop, convenience stores, ATMs and just 15mins walk from a huge range of delicious cafes and on Sunday, you're literally across the road from the La Brisa Sunday market. I can't wait to come back and stay here!

The traffic to get from the airport to the hotel (it took 2 hours unfortunately)- however the return journey was only 1 hr, most likely as it was on a Sunday evening. It's also fairly expensive - but you are getting what you pay for. Only these 2 factors would keep me from staying here again.

Loved it, great option for a family in Canggu. Staff were very helpful and attentive

Right on beach in Canggu, close to good restaurants etc. great pool, amazing breakfast, toddler enjoyed the kids club, we also got a free upgrade to the garden room which was appreciated! I have since heard the canggu rooms are small so probably would not have booked this had we known. Was great to have a garden room.

Was some maintenance works on whilst we were there but they were not disruptive.

Fine but expected more for the price.

Good location. Beautiful ocean view from the restaurant.

Overall the hotel was a bit outdated. Not great value for the price you pay. There was bad smell most of the days in the hallways and around the hotel. You must add credit to your room beforehand to spend in the restaurant with your room number.

Everything we wanted for a relaxing and lovely break

The breakfast was great! We loved the location and it was so comfortable, safe and clean. We really liked the hotel and the gym was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again and cant wait to come back.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected for the money- would have at least expected there to be a table to eat at and a balcony- so that was something we would have liked! We had no other complaints but a pillow choice would have been expected at a hotel like this.

Do not book a Canggu Room

Location is great and staff at breakfast lovely but staff at gym and checkin not so good at English and response on WhatsApp too slow to respond.

The Canggu Room was like being in a box and as other guests have prep mentioned you look at a wall and no balcony. Considering the price and having previously stayed at the Padma in Ubud and the Kempinski in Nusa Dua for a not much more these were far superior. Would not stay again for the price.

Отель очень понравился. Превзошел ожидания! Вы не не найдете отеля лучше в Чангу. Вид из номера на океан. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Видно что менеджер отеля знает свою работу. Завтраки великолепные с потрясающим видом на океан. Еда в ресторане вкусная. Если вы ищите премиальный отель в Чангу, настоятельно рекомендую!!!

Como is the No.1 luxury hotel to stay in Canguu

Beach club was amazing all hours swimming and gym were great Were really helpful and so friendly everything happened super efficiently at this property restaurants in a 4km radius were amazing! Canguu is a gourmet’s delight!

The sliding divider panels in the lagoon residence rooms were so thin that you can Hear even the slightest conversation of your neighbors do not get one of these rooms if privacy is your desire ! It is non existent in that Room type and god forbid if your neighbor has young children your holiday will be ruined!

Мне понравилось что отель расположен самое близкое к океану. Очень приветливый персонал. Сделали нам апгрейд номера бесплатно.

Нет собственного пляжа. Есть правда лестница к океану. Но это общественный пляж. Который не чиститься. И иногда там скапливается мусор от океана. И что некоторые постояльцы отеля могли приводить к себе гостей. В основном Балиек. Которые очень часто менялись. Считаю для 5* отеля устраивать в бассейне всеобщее купание не приемлемо. Тем более где есть дети. И на картинке показано один номер. А по факту это оказалась стараясь часть отеля, где был сделан ремонт частично. А основная более лучшего качества. Но нужно было доплачивать за это.

lovely beach stay

we have stayed here before and just had a night before heading home. it’s always a pleasant spot to stay on the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and airy with a large balcony, beautiful pools and a perfect breakfast

Remove the hedge by the beachfront pool so the resort is actually “beachfront”

Loved the breakfast and the beautiful pools

Being “beachfront” is what attracted us the the resort, however when in the “beachfront” pool and even on the day beds surrounding the pool you cannot see the beach because of this hedge so you really could be anywhere. Feels overpriced and a bit tired, also no vibes in the resort like no background music playing, staff very slow and feels like it’s very understaffed. Slow to get service.
