Ce n'est pas un hôtel

Il faut attendre le cuisinier pour avoir un petit déjeuner, on a eu une tranche de cake, on a dû réclamer du pain

On nous a demandé de régler en euros alors que je pensais avoir réglé sur booking De plus c'est une maison très sonore, des gens sont arrivés au milieu de la nuit ...

Not worthy

Very friendly staff and quite clean.

Overall not worthy the price. Maybe Marrakech is more expensive compared to the other city of Morocco but price doesn't meet the standard. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood but far from everything and no taxi around. The place features a spa which is actually a room next to the kitchen and any service you want to use is under an expensive charge. TV wasn't working and we asked to fix it, after half an hour we finally had TV with a fake Netflix which was stopping every now and then.

The best stay in marrakech

It is very clean, the warm welcome of the staff and the quietness of the property. The room is big and we had a comfortable stay, high recommended, and its just 5-10mins drive from the airport.

Simo and Omer offered outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble, both showing incredible hospitality. Omer greeted our late arrival with a warm welcome, and this continued throughout our stay, whilst Simo was friendly, attentive , and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel purely on the welcome and help given by Omer and Kmo. Outstanding and making our stay memorable.

The best hospitality in Marrakech!

I arrived to the hotel after an unexpected change of plans. Sensing that I was not feeling my best, the staff quickly showed me to my room, brought me tea, arranged for an early morning breakfast and taxi to the airport. The staff were compassionate and incredibly helpful. They exemplified the highest levels of Moroccan hospitality. Words cannot express my gratitude!

We only stayed one night, but the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Very welcoming when we arrived (they helped us with out bags and gave us tea and biscuits by the pool), and very accommodating to our early checkout time (they helped us organize a taxi to the airport). The room was comfortable and quiet. Dinner was extremely tasty, as well (:

Excellent location - very close to the airport and very comfortable

The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel because we arrived very late. They kept check in open until 1 am and quickly got us set up! We also were given a bigger room because we had originally requested twin beds after booking and they wanted to make sure we were all good.

The AC unit was extremely loud and it was very late so we decided to not use it. We ended up being perfectly comfortable, and we did know that the AC unit worked if necessary.

Beautiful building and staff very helpful. They organised dinner for us and an airport taxi. Good WiFi.

Our room was next to a busy road. We were hoping for a good night's sleep as we were getting up early for a flight. This was not possible due to the road noise. No kettle in the room.

Breakfast was very nice with options beyween Moroccan tea or coffee. However, a bit of protein (e.g. eggs) should have been an option. Staff was great and very courteous, especially Moustafa!

Rooms might need a bit of a refresh as they seemed a bit "tired". Overall a pleasant stay though
