Good value for money.

Friendly staff, speaks English. Clean sheets, big lockers for your stuff. Good value for money.

Suitable for comfortable budget trip

Quite a fabulous deal because of the low price including a fantastic breakfast. All the staff know English, so there was no problem communicating with them (thanks to Sarah for the fun talks while I was at the reception). The bed was so soft that I could sleep well. Facilities are well equipped, and I think it's a good advantage that rooms and baths are separated (no need to worry about keeping quiet)

No serious issues are found. At least I could advise is to fix the credit card skimmer as quickly as possible (I couldn't pay by credit card because of its defect).

The staff was so pleasant , the location ample and the hostel met the expectations we had from the time of booking. It was quite and pleasant although it was inside the city. it provided breakfast and the washrooms were cleaned and adequate

Unfortunately there was no provision of drinking water and the breakfast was not upto mark. everything was paid service and even one bottle refill of water is also not available. There was no AC for one night but later they fixed which was such a good gesture from the team

I would never repeat if I had other choices

Location is good if you want to go around the city. Note that it's not that convenient if you're looking for sth close to the seaside

The shared room was too small and didn't smell very good. Probably, because there was little air for 6 people in the room, and there is no window!! So, if you want fresh air you have to open the door, which faces the corridor and the reception...

we just slept there for one night before heading to Hoi an in the next morning. the staff is super friendly. facilities are ok

it is well located at the center of the city but it is still quite far from the train station

Staff were friendly and helpful. (Later negative points are not the fault of the staff.) Good location. Breakfast included - noodles+egg+drink.

Downstairs dorm room had no window, had black mould on the wall and smelt musty. Showers had cold water only.

Comfortable Hostel with the best Hosts!

Conveniently located. The studio apartment was comfortable and very spacious. Quinn and Kally are the most amazing hosts - very friendly, very helpful. Would highly recommend everyone to stay at this hostel whenever visiting Da Nang.

Perfect stay for cheap price

The dorms and bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. You can choose between 4 different breakfasts. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even when you check in in the middle of the night. So for this price this hostel is the best you can get.

The common area was a little bit dirty

Good location and comfy bed

No hot water in the showers, they charge you if you wanna refill your water bottle (ends up being cheaper to just buy a new one at the supermarket) and my breakfast toast was covered in chilli sauce, rendering it inedible for my weak tastebuds

Few lights were not working and no proper drinking water facility was provided. Have to ask at the reception for a refill every time.

Good location. The bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful and supportive with all matters. Suitable for travellers.

Nice staff,there were staff members who have been studying Japanese and Japanese culture. Overall cleanliness was high and I was able to have a comfortable stay.
