Excelente atención del personal con una inmejorable habitación

Lo mejor sin duda fue el persona que atiende el alojamiento: Derly y Dayson. Fueron serviciales, atentos, divertidos, te hacen sentir uno más de la familia. Son dos personas realmente magníficas y, sobre todo, que te contagian su buena vibración. La habitación era bonita, espaciosa y cómoda y todo estaba muy muy limpio. El lugar es muy agradable, con un precioso jardín y animalitos: una perrita muy linda, una gatita y dos tortugas. Además estaba súper céntrico. Mejor lugar en San Agustín ñ

The privacy, internet and sweet owners

The hostel was not built for isolation of sound but to to accomodate good ventilation. So you heard a lot of sounds from the street and other guests of the hotel.

Disappointing

The family was helpful and friendly. Location in the center

The walls are so thin that you can even hear snoring in the next room. Almost every night I was disturbed by other guests in the neighboring room. Apparently taxi drivers phoning loudly at 3am. The shower only had warm water at some times. No shampoo. Bathroom terrible. The mattress was so hard that it hurt.

Friendly place and enjoyed my time there while exploring the area for a couple of days.

Friendly and helpful staff and they can arrange tours to see the sites of the area. A rustic central courtyard area downstairs and similar feel throughout the place. Rooms are basic but spacious with a nice balcony. Good spot in town near the bus stop and other amenities.

Street noise is easy to hear so bring ear plugs if you sleep light. The shower was basic and not really warm. Minor points.

Best value for money accommodation in San Agustín

Staying at San Agustín is like staying with friends. The guest rooms are located in a large family house full of character with an interior courtyard. My room was simple but totally adequate for the price I paid. Guests have full access to the kitchen and other shared facilities. Furthermore, after weeks of struggling in my Spanish, I loved being able to converse in English with the family's son—who helped me with check-in. As a bonus, the owners allowed me to park my car in their covered garage (even though it was not included in my stay).

Friendly staff - they were flexible with my booking and even offered to upgrade our room to one that was more private. Great location too - very easy to get to.

We originally had booked a room on the 1st floor which opened into the shared patio, so the one window opened to the patio- which is not exactly as we imagined, but fortunately we were able to change to a different room that was available.
