the staff is very helpful, good view for sunset, When I need take the night bus Bogota，I can take a free shower in hotel when the weather is so hot.

The staffs cannot speak English, the hot water need several minutes when your are take shower

Good place to be in St. Agustin.

I had been there before and had great memories of it. But now that I go again, it wasnt that good. I still consider is a worthy hotel, and the breakfast was good. I also liked its location which is quite central.

The rooms are clean, but there are electrical devices not working. For example, I booked the deluxe room to use the Jacuzzi, and it was not working, it has only cold water. Also some friends that came with us got a stinky room. The staff was nice, and try to improve it spraying some things, but overall it was not that cool.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location

Excellent hotel conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There were many facilities at the hotel, such as bar, restaurant, etc.

Parking was limited to 2-3 cars and it would be better to reserve a space for your car beforehand. There was not elevator but I guess it would be really difficult to install one, since the hotel is built on a sloping surface at successive levels.

Very good hotel where we could have stayed longer if we had had the time.

Spacious rooms, hot shower, jet bath in the double room, sauna available on request, good breakfast and lunch. Very helpful staff, and who allowed early check-in for free.
