Amazing views and spacious apartment

Amazing views. But the property definitely needs to have small upgrades.

Dining chairs were very basic, not suitable to work on for an entire day. Furniture is basic, we were missing extra comfy chairs, another table or working desk, another closet or dressoir. Outside furniture was very basic. The bathroom sink drain wasn’t working, only either the drain stop out of it, the shower door couldn’t fully close. Drying rack was broken. The big shower head wasn’t working. Only one set of keys with big key holder, so if anyone goes out the other one must go downstairs to pick him up. Very limited kitchen utensils, old scratchy pans, coffee machine was old and dirty. With a small investment the apartment can be made way nicer.

Great property. Great views. Comfortable and clean. Close to tourist sights. Owners not very helpful

The views from the apartment were amazing. It was a 15 minute walk to the tourist centre and 30 mins to the Acropolis. Very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Host were very transactional. No personal touch. We were told by the manager no guests were following us yet the owner refused (as is their right) to allow us to leave our bags in the property during the day following check out. Also the lock on the door was problematic and my wife was locked outside for an hour. Very little support from owners to resolve this problem, other than “no previous customers have had this problem”.

Very good

Make no mistake, this apartment is huge. So much so, that it felt sparsely furnished. As big as it is, the balconies are even bigger that the living spaces. There were bean bags, hammocks and outdoor settings to enjoy the view of the Acropolis, still with plenty of room to spare. Added bonus, there were 4 airconditioners in the apartment.

We couldn't get one of the airconditioners to work. No big deal; we didn't bother contacting the host about it.

A fantastic value stay in a spacious loft apartment with great views.

An amazing view of the Acropolis and large spacious apartment on the outskirts of the centre with good a/c and clean kitchen. Located very close to the metro so easy to get to/from the airport and port for the ferry. Owl coffee 2 mins along the road with great coffee at amazing prices, fantastic huge croissants and gave us a free bottle of water with each coffee. We walked into the main square (20mins)and then on to the Acropolis along the lovely streets of Athens. Quite a walk but we enjoyed the stroll and sightseeing along the way. Could have hopped in the metro if we wanted to.

We chose not to use the lift so the walk up the stairs were tiring! The flat could do with a touch up here and there (curtains + tracks, tap on the shower) and could have done with wine glasses.

The location and the view ,communication with the owner if someone start to clean it up realy good would be wery nice apartment

It’s need some maintenance and to clean it up, the floor in the all apartment was really dirty in the terrace was leftover from cigarette it’s was not nice when we are nit smoking

View was great and the size was good but was hot because of a broken air conditioner.

Hot and stuffy on arrival would have been better if the working air conditioner were put on before we arrived. The curtains were broken and only 2 of the 3 seining said worked. We were told that previous guests threw a party there before us and damaged the place. Would have been nice if these things were fixed before we got in. We did get a replacement air conditioner but that was on the last night of our stay

Spacious 5th floor apartment!

The view was spectacular, the entry and lift are a little foreboding but once you reach the apartment it is great Very spacious, the owners are friendly and redponsive. Highly recommended, very good value for money. Pretty central. Close to metro and easy access to taxis.

Good, could be great

The view, the view, THE VIEW! The space is massive. A proper penthouse, you have the entire top floor and 2 very large patios. Could be an excellent choice for 2 couples traveling together. Check-in instructions and house manual were clear and easy. Communication with the property management company was excellent.

Everything inside the apartment from furniture to fixtures is worn, torn and needs a deep clean and/or to be replaced. The patio furniture was the most disappointing and we moved tables and chairs out from inside so we could enjoy that view. We were told a new hammock had been ordered and not yet received, but the table and chairs in the photos were no where to be found and the lounge has massive holes and dirty cushions. We only stayed one night and didn't use the kitchen, but as we unsuccessfully searched for a wine opener, there's really not a lot to cook with either.

Nice place but missing some organization.

It is a big top floor apartment loft with two bedrooms, comfortable for a four people family. From the two wide balconies you will have a beautiful acropolis panorama.

Is needed a better organization about check in and check out, there’s no place to store luggage, where to have a seat or to go to the bathroom while waiting. Since our flight arrived early we had to wait on the road the check out of the previous customers. The apartment is generally missing a bit of maintenance, for example the curtains are detached and almost unusable.

excellent views in lovely apartment with great walking distance sights and transport links

the property had amazing views from 2 large terraces, it was large open plan light airy and well laid out.

as older travellers the area was a little noisy at night at the weekend from the nearby night club but that could be a good thing if you like clubbing and nightlife.

The apartment was very dirty, pieces of noodles and crumbs were lying on the stove, there was used soap in the sink, the floor inside was dirty, the tiles outside you could clearly see drinks was spilled and not cleaned, the walls of the apartment was so dirty and bathroom walls had holes in. No garbage bin in the kitchen, only one small bin in the bathroom. It was really unpleasant !

Large place with a nice view

It is a large place with everything to have a longer stay. The view is spectacular as mentioned, like on a rooftop. Pre-frozen ice cubes were a nice welcoming gift!

The supermarket is not that close. The night we stayed, there was a concert we could hear until late (but we are tired enough to sleep well).

Unpleasant location, good views.

Fantastic balconies and views

Location. It was bang next to a night club, and 5 night clubs could be seen from the terrace. A further group of clubs were in the surrounding blocks. So not surprisingly we heard some music all night. Less expected was the pulsating of the neon light on the nightclub coming through the curtains at night. The only way I could sleep was with an eye mask.

Superb

The flat is on the top of a building with two huge terraces. The view from the terraces is stunning. The whole city is there in the view and seeing the Acropolis from the terrace is something really awesome. The flat was basically equipped but it is really spacious. The rooms are nice and comfortble. The aircondition system is perfect. We did not use it as it was October but I am sure that in the summer the flat can be keep chilled for sure. The bathroom was small but clean with all the facilities we needed. The WiFi was good. The acropolis and the Plaka are in walking distance not more than 10 minutes. There are tube stations nearby, the port is easy to reach as well. We ised the transfer from the airport and for that money is was worth it for 5 people. Almost the same like by tube but far quicker. We enjoyed our time there so much. I can only recommend that place.

The fifth person had to sleep on the couch and it was not clear if they prepared the flat for 4 or 5 persons. But we found the bedsheet and all the other stuff we needed to make a bed for my son. :D

It’s in a good location, with a lot of different places to shop, which are situated close (5 mins walk) to the property

They should’ve cleaned the floor better And changed the bin before our arrival, but when I told them the problem it was fixed in a jiffy And the cleaners arrived in less than 5 mins.

Unbeatable vista and responsive host.

This property more than lives up to its billing. Waking up to unfettered Parthenon views with morning coffee is impossible to beat. The location was excellent for able travellers who want to explore Athens on foot and there was a good supermarket 500m away (My Market). Train connection to the port and airport was convenient. Driver pickup on arrival was timely and courteous. Can recommend for dinner in the neighbourhood both "A little Taste Of Home" and "Η Σαμ τα εχει με Λαθος Αγορι". Excellent hot water and wifi. Responsive host.

Some of the basics like salt, pepper and oil were not available. I assume they were removed due to hygiene considerations during the pandemic. A new frying pan and spatula would add value, though plates and crockery were excellent as was the spacious fridge. Did not find outside lights.
