Comfortable, easy place to stay for the weekend. Would recommend to anyone

Ideal location for getting into the city centre. Nice clean and quiet house. Beds were comfortable and the management were very accommodating for earlier check in and later check out. Would highly recommend

Everything and I had to go downstairs to the man and ask him what is he doing and he said am just sleeping am leaving at 4:00 in the morning before anyone comes this is not a safe house at all

Very good

The kitchen was great - everything i needed to cook my meals. There was a bathroom in my room, so i had a private space for myself.

There was only one small towel. The carpet of the room could be cleaner.

An excellent value for money stay!

The location was perfect and the staff very accommodating the room was clean and the balcony was a delight.

The stairs we difficult to navigate as I have mobility problems but I managed them. No tea or coffee provided. The room and bed smelt musty.

Good

The location was a great one for me, very close to town although a bit noisy since it's by the road side. Wifi was speedy

The cleaner really never did a great job especially in the 2nd floor bathroom, I ended up cleaning it by my self. The carpet on the stairs need to be hovered too.

Beautiful terrace; the rest unfortunately wasn't ideal

I liked that the room had some privacy, although overall there was less privacy than I maybe thought there would be. The big pro of this stay was the beautiful rooftop terrace.

The location was really impractical... I thought I hated the city of Manchester, but ended up spending 2 nights at a hostel elsewhere and realized that the city is actually lovely if you're in a better spot. The situation for drying clothes was bad (just had to drape them in the room), and the shower hardly worked and was disgustingly mouldy. The place was very warm and humid and I was concerned about the mould.

Good choice for a stay of 3-4 days at a reasonable price

Good location with bus connection. Safe area. Mall with shopping center, groceries and fast food within walking distance. Big room, large comfy bed. Staff was very flexible for arriving and leaving time!

Maybe the cleaning could be done more carefully (staff under the bed from the previous visitor)

Great stay in MCR!

The shared house was pleasant, the kitchen had everything you could need, and was well stocked with pots, and pans. It has a washing machine which is a great feature, and a rooftop/balcony area which weather permitting would be lovely. The bed was very firm, and whilst I like a hard mattress, this was too firm for me. Could use a few more pillows. The maintenance man, Danny seemed very lovely, and was accommodating. Plenty of shops and food outlets on the doorstep.

Now to the not so good. The shower...more like showering with a garden hose. The water pressure was terrible, and the bath unit had black mould coming through with the glass screen looking like it has seen better days, or in need of a good clean. The key situation. One key was an issue as we were coming and going at different times, and you have to use a key to physically lock the main door. Which proved problematic for different schedules. It's about a 30 min walk to the city centre, can get dark walking home, so if you're worried about walking home alone...whilst it was lit and safe for me, a man. I could see it being daunting to someone else.

it’s not far from City Center and also near by bus stations

bed sheet should be changed if stay is long.

Danny the house manager was super helpful and friendly

on arrival, there was food in the fridge that was 3 months out of date. Bathroom had lots of black mould. Water was turned off for a few day during my stay.

The host Danny is a lively guy, good communication. Wished he lived within because he brings a very positive energy whenever around. Great location, close to all social/basic amenities.

The toilet and bathroom should be cleaned more often since it's shared by four rooms.

The location of the property. The property is very clean and neat. Danny has a great smile! Thank you ☺️

There is no free parking on the property. But you can park on the street close by for free. I had to use the same bedsheet for 9 days and it was uncomfortable! I was given a face towel instead of a bath towel. While booking, I stated I was going to check out at 1pm, and I was told it was okay. I got a text on Saturday requesting that I should checkout by 11am the next day.

Good

The bathroom was very near to our room. It was also quiet place. The bed was comfortable. In the house it was 3 toilets what was practical.

It was not very clean. I found in the room empty bottle and some cream. The window was dirty. Ther was not enough hangers, and it was not any place for drying the towels. In the kitchen there was not enough dishes, bowls, cookingpot, spoons, knifes. There was no wooden or plastic cutting board. Very cheap things but it is complicated to cook without them. In the room it was lamp without a bulb.
