Good location.

Location was good, close to the train station. Staff helpful. Breakfast good. Room good size.

The bath towels were not clean. We asked reception to replace them who did so immediately.

Good location, calm but close to everything

Location is amazing as you are close to everything, but still in a quiet street. As it's very close to the train station, you can easily travel from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast offered a lot of options. Rooms were comfortable and big enough for 2 people.

We forgot that the plug was different in UK, reception could not assist and suggested I would buy an adaptor even though I just said I have adaptors at home but just forgot them, so that was a bit disappointing. Orange juice at breakfast could have been fresh

It was good but there needs to be simple things such as water supplied to guests.

Great overnight stay.

Clean, welcoming, looked very nice, great central location yet quiet. Good food and fast service. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Perfect for short stays. Clean and well maintained.

I only stayed for one night buy thoroughly enjoyed it. The price was good in comparison to other similar chains. The room was perfect. Had everything we needed in terms of facilities, fridge, kettle and iron etc. The bests where comfortable, the TV system good and easy to connect to. Free WiFi. I was more surprised about how little use the room seemed to have had. Normally in similar places you see mold in showers, bad grouting or well used furniture, but it was all pretty much brand new looking. Gym was also good and clean. Breakfast Ans staff where all very friendly and accommodating.

Floor one smelt a little bit like cigarettes.

Very good stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The room that we booked was unavailable due to a flooding, but fortunately we got another room which was also fine. The location is perfect, very close to the rail station and city center. Breakfast was good. The reception staff was smiling and helpful. We could leave our baggage with the reception for td afhe time before check-in and after check-out.

Great location, 4 min walk from Piccadilly station and easy to get to shops and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable.

I would expect better from Holiday Inn

Good location and closer to City Center.

I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The state of the towels provided was disappointing, as they appeared unclean and there was a bandaid attached to it. It was unhygienic. Additionally, the furniture in the room seemed dated and in need of replacement. Chair covers were completely worn out and showed evident lack of maintenance. Moreover, the demeanor of the staff appeared tired and disengaged during the morning breakfast, failing to provide the level of service one would expect from a reputable establishment.

Convenient location for public transport, food service a little disappointing.

The room was well laid out. Reception staff friendly.

The a/c kept going back to 21C after I increased the temperature by a few degrees. The service for dinner was a bit basic for a 4 star hotel. At breakfast the server brought our tea but no cups.

Perfect hotel in city centre, will definitely be back!

Perfect location, so near the train station. Breakfast had everything you could wish for and the coffee and tea coming in pots made a great difference! Bed was super comfy, all in all a perfect hotel in every way

Great location and very comfortable rooms. Fabulous breakfast selection.

Wasn’t keen on the restaurant for dinner and found it cold and drafty from the front door opening and closing. Need to block off the dining area more from the draft.
