Sorry, this time its very disappointing!

I like the hospitality of the personell working there. The stay is very disappointing. There a lot of garbage everywhere, specially alongside the beach. Its quite difficult to find a place wherein i could take a picture without a garbage to appear in the picture is a challenge. The shower in my rom is so dirty. Theres a small bugs cryping in the tables. My family with small kids havnt slept well bacause of the noise almost the rest of the night.

how dirty the room was. there were stain on the beddings. the bathroom was just dirty. the room smelled moldy. just very run down hotel and this is why we decided not to stay another night. there was a leak in the room and got to our luggage. Coffee for the free breakfast was the instant one.

We might use this hotel again but we would not select the breakfast option.

The location was fine as we knew where it was before booking. There was mixed entertainment during the evening and we had snacks and drinks also.

The breakfast was appalling, with very small portioned plated food. definitely very bad value for money. We chose to eat breakfast at a different restaurant the second day.

May not return to this property, not worth the price of the rooms.

Rooms were too small, one bed almost blocking the bathroom door. Bathroom was dirty, a/c in one of the rooms we got was not cooling the room enough.

the staff was accommodating and allowed our request for luggage storage after checkout.

The breakfast had limited choices and guests weren’t allowed to eat breakfast at the beachfront which had a spectacular view.

it was noisy. there is a bar on the ground floor and the music is so loud that it is impossible to sleep on the 2nd flr. its not ideal place to stay for those who just wants a beach and nature trip.

Hotel not maintained very well.

the location. It has a balcony facing the sea.

Breakfast very limited and no refillable coffee. The hotel is not maintained well. The lights in the hallway keeps on blinking (they should replace it right away). The curtains were all worned out and the materials were torned in several pieces already and should be replaced right away. Rainwater going inside the room even if the balcony door is tightly closed. The location of the ACU is beside and located below the bed and near the floor. not cooling the entire room. Wrong position for ACU.

the room, the facility inside the room, the cleanliness of the linen and bed sheet, the sink, the ground staff they are not friendly and not accomodating and for the price value of the room was not acceptable

This place charged 4- 5 star price with 2- 3 star service. Terrible, never stay there again.

No breakfast first morning, cook not showup. Breakfast following morning was raw bacon, cold eggs, no toast

Gym was broken, pool was un clean and bacteria, no power 5 hours first day, 3 hours 2nd day. No buket ice for cold drinks. Front desk said go to mini mart and buy.
