very practical for the location in Subic bay allowing to access everything; very pleasant hotel team, always réactivez

the room was not so fresh comparing to the pictures available on booking before confirming the reservation. breakfast is not in the hotel but shall be taken within a restaurant to be teach by walk outside the hotel.

Never gonna stay here again & 4 stars as a hotel is a reach. More options available in the area.

Room is cold and quiet. Front desk is helpful and staff were more than courteous with our needs.

Cockroach in the bathroom. No room slippers. Room was WAY smaller as compared to the ones advertised in the photos. Request for late checkout was not granted even though the hotel wasn't even fully booked. The duvet was not tied in properly and was slipping out of the sheets.

The room are well maintained and are higher quality then most

Did not like that the breakfast was pre-cooked and had to eat in our room. Since we did not have a table in our room it made it difficult

Need to update their information on all websites to reflect accurate information about the property.

Location was good

The fact that the booking said buffet breakfast and it was not. One of our rooms(212) had water leaking from the hot water heater on to electrical cables, called the front desk and was told to wait then called a second time and asked if we could move rooms because of the water leak and no maintenance on site, was told they couldn't without authorization from a manager. I then went down to the front desk and asked for the on duty manager and was told their was no on duty manager, I then again asked for another room and finally was able to get a different room after the front desk clerks called and asked if we could move.
