Great apartment with superb location, comfortable but affordable

Excellent location, beds were comfortable, balcony was great, drench shower was superb, and personal meet and greet was a bonus.

Would be nice if curtains and materials, towels were updated but I understand that when paying high commissions to booking agents property upgrading is very difficult.

Clean smart apartment in a good location but definitely not suitable for more than 3 adults.

Owner met us at the property. Gave us two sets of keys. Showed us around the apartment.

The sofa / bed was too small for one or two persons to sleep on. The bedding for the sofa / bed was poor compared to the single and double beds. Advertised as suitable for 5 persons. This was not the case, 3 adult persons at the very most. 1 single room and 1 double room.

Great location close to everything

Great location close to everything but not too noisy. Good communication from owner, parking and WiFi available.

Some ants in the bathroom and silverfish in the rooms. The main bedroom didn't have a window so felt a bit claustrophobic and the second bedroom was quite small. Some marks on the walls possibly from other guests hitting insects.

Komfortowe mieszkanie

Komfortowe mieszkanie, myśle ze najlepiej dla 3 osób. W pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny, ręczniki. Przestronny balkon z widokiem na morze. Po drugiej stronie ulicy sklepy i restauracje. Dużym plusem jest też parking (zawsze było miejsce). W samym obiekcie cicho i pusto. Chciałabym podkreślić, że byliśmy w styczniu, więc odczucia na pewno znacznie różnią się w wysokim sezonie. Z miejscowości dobry dojazd do Malagi zarówno autobusem (przystanek 50m od budynku) jak i samochodem.

A pocos pasos de Puerto Marina

Apartamento acogedor a muy pocos pasos de puerto Marina, por lo que no hay que mover el coche. Aire acondicionado, piscina y salita de juegos en el edificio. Muy bien. Isabel súper amable y muy cordial.

El aparcamiento es un poco caos porque hay pocas plazas para mucha gente. Sí llegas un poco tarde hay que aparcar en doble fila con lo que conlleva. La habitación pequeña del apartamento con esa camita tan pequeña es un poco incómoda pero no hay mal que por bien no venga.

Schöne Woche in guter Lage von Benalmádena.

Die Lage war prima. Verwalterin war bei Fragen hilfsbereit.

Appartement war nicht wirklich sehr sauber (z. B. eingetrocknete Speisereste am Besteck). Es fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee.

Plenty more amenities than an average hotel apartment. Comfortable, spacious, modern decour, and excellent location. Easy to contact the owner also very helpful.

Superb

The apartment was in pristine condition when we got there which was 12 o clock at night the key was in a box on the door with a combination that I had received by email so i did not have to check in ,the place was very relaxed a family run pool bar with nice food and very friendly staff . Location was superb just a few minutes walk from the marina a supermarket 30 seconds away and a bank next door oh ya for all the lady's a nail bar just under the apartment.

Had a great holiday,good location ,lovely pool area and only 2 mins to Marina.

Very easy to receive the keys the lady was waiting in reception to hand over the keys which was great. The location was excellent two minutes to the Marina and the beach .Very clean apartment with everything needed included. Free Parking was a great bonus too.Pool area was lovely .

More storage space in the second bedroom required
