What a lovely place to stay! The rooms are adorable and the private lounge/kitchen was so comfortable and cosy, I had work to do in the evenings and the space was conducive to that with good wi-fi. Everything is really well thought out, down to the motion-activated lights if you need the loo at night. There's a kettle, toaster, microwave, gas heater for the colder months, fridge (where a bottle of milk was waiting for me), and actually everything you need to cook your own meals if you feel so inclined. Sarah is very helpful and attentive. I was lucky to find it when I was looking for a 4-night stay, and I'd happily stay there again.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would just say, if you don't have a car, be prepared for a 15-minute walk to the town centre (where the nearest shops are), which was fine for my summer stay but would not be fun in the rain.

Sarah is an expectional host and besides that, the location is excellent, the b'n'b is very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast facilities - fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric hob. Breakfast provided - you can have cooked and/or continental. Both were great 😃 Separate shower/loo block, with each hut allocated its own loo. March weather was cold but dry, so the outside fire pit was delightful 🔥Sarah couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
Parking at the house was a bit challenging. Not enough parking room for the house, plus two huts.

Such a quaint, beautiful setting! We were hugely impressed from the start from the warm greeting from the host to the delicious breakfast the following morning. The whole atmosphere was calm and peaceful and exactly what we were after! The facilities were great and we had everything we needed to be comfortable - the shepherds hut was so cozy! It was also clean and there were lots of lovely attention to detail. We particularly liked the fire pit and the option to sit by this in the evening. The location was perfect - within walking distance to the town and a very short drive to Sugar Loaf mountain. My husband and I would definitely return without hesitation and have already recommended to friends and family :)
The bedside light in the hut wasn’t working but this was such a minor detail.

Breakfasts were delicious and Sarah offered a great choice. Shepherds hut was so cute and cosy and we had a really great time roasting marshmallows on the campfire. Location was perfect - close to the town, walking distance to the station, bus stops and on the way out into the beacons and up to sugar loaf mountain! Sarah was friendly and lovely.
Wifi cut out occasionally. We could’ve come a bit more prepared for the campsite style toilet/shower block and dashing there in the chilly mornings!

The breakfast was amazing. I dont tend to eat breakfast so it beat me and hope they dont think I didnt like it. Lighting outside perfect to get to the toilet facilities at night. Small peacefull and homely site. Ability to contact owner direct if any problems. Pod was small but very cosy and we slept very very well. Covid protocol excellent
The weather to be honest (but thats in the lap of the gods). Muddy and slippery to access toilet facilities. The general grounds could do with a good tidy up and some ground maintenance. First impression wasnt good

Getaway for training in a country garden.
Only 2 bungalows.
Private separate bungalow to sit and study or relax.
Equipped with country style table and chairs and 2 comfy chairs.
An electric log type heater.
A great unit for preparing a quick meal after classes.
An outside garden area with a gas bbq.
Separate shower and toilet with heating.
A little freshen up when exiting cabin or lounge area to get to loo.
Quite chilly to venture out in am....but quirky.
Clean and awesome hostess Jen.
Beautifully prepared breakfast.
Continental or traditional piping hot meal delivered to your dining area.
I enjoyed shabby chique stay.
Only downfall was venturing off to the detached loo in the night.
Plus to this being a fairy lit garden and I experienced a glowing full moon.

Excellent communication. Helpful and welcoming. Dog friendly. Electric heater was much appreciated !
A bit cold and damp on a very stormy Halloween night ... but not the property's fault. We knew we were booked for glamping !

The breakfast was brilliant, fresh and hot. There was lots of choice for the continental breakfast. Sarah was very accommodating. It was a remote location which was great as there was no traffic noise.

The host was lovely and very communicative, the food was excellent. The host kindly extended the last breakfast deadline as she knew we'd had a late night getting back. The beds were comfortable and the facilities kept very clean and hygienic. She even kept soya milk in the fridge as she knew I had a lactose intolerance - very thoughtful and much appreciated :)
Towels aren't provided - which we didn't realise, so we weren't able to use the shower!
Also parking is tight, if the three spaces are already taken up there is literally nowhere else to go!

Beautiful continental breakfast with fruit and the option of a tasty cooked breakfast too. We don’t eat meat so had a lovely veggie option. Very friendly hospitality made it a really lovely stay.
