About this house rental
The home is located in trendy West Asheville, just a short walk to amazing restaurants, breweries, music venues, bars, and shops. Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore House, and the River Arts District are just a short ride away. This quaint two-bedroom home is the upstairs of a ranch-style house and has a comfortable queen size bed in each room and all linens are provided. Also has a 4 person hot tub just off the kitchen on the back deck to catch a sunset! The living room has a large cozy couch and a TV for a relaxing night in. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including complimentary coffee, tea, and condiments, as well as a dining table. There is a full bathroom with extra linens provided. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard where you can relax on a large deck and let your pet play. (Wildlife notice: some of the neighbors have chickens and roosters. As far as this being a disturbance for our guests they are hardly noticed, but it might be disturbing for your pet). We provide private, off-street parking during your stay around the back of the home. I hope you choose my home for your next stay in Asheville! The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends.

The property was as advertised. Had a great weekend.

We enjoyed our stay here over a long weekend. The property is nice and clean and well described by the pictures. Check in and check out were easy and the property manager was friendly. The kitchen and bathroom were updated and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening. The location is very convenient to the Biltmore house and downtown. We were able to walk to several nice restaurants. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

The property was in a great location, 5 min to River arts district, 12 min to downtown, very walkable to our favorite donut spot, Duck Donut. We only stayed 1 night and it was great that this property was able to accompany our quick trip.
Would definitely book again!

My wife, son and I chose this house because of its close access to all the cool and fun places to see. The house was very well kept and the backyard had a nice fenced in area for our dog.

My daughter and I came to Asheville for the weekend to go to a music festival downtown. This house was very close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for the two of us with access to a fenced in yard for our dog. The hot tub was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working order. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next trip to Asheville

Comfortable house. Clean. Walkable to coffee/food/drinks. New Belgium brewing is just down the street. Great coffee place called Ultra coffee within walking distance.

Easy communication, nice/clean house and right near the river / New Belgium. The owner accommodated our early check-in request and was very friendly.

Your basic small older ranch home on a hill. The back slopes down so to enter from the back you climb deck steps. Streets are narrow with cars parked on one side. It’s a great location close to everything we wanted to see. If you bring your dog the Riverwalk is right down the hill.

The property is a great spot for exploring Asheville and as a base for the surrounding areas. Having a parking spot is a big plus, the unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra towels, blankets, toiletries etc. Good AC, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

It was just me and my niece who agreed to be my traveling buddy. Never been and it was on my “want to see” list.
The home was so well stocked and comfortable!
Never did get to be I. The hot tub.. too cold but loved the deck. It was everything and more expected!

We stayed for a weekend with our best friends and our 2 miniature dachshunds. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. We brought a doggy gate for the back deck to keep our boys in, highly recommend bringing one if your dogs are stubborn with no recall like ours! We accidentally left our behind so maybe Crystal will keep it for future tenants to use as well? The beds were firm, which we love, and the sheets and bedding were extremly comfortable and plush. We got a great nights sleep! The hot tub on the back deck was the perfect end to a long day exploring west Asheville and the River Arts District. The property manager, Crystal, lives on the first floor but we never saw or even heard a peep out of her. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The fenced in back yard was perfect for letting the dogs roam free. We had a great time just playing cards and listening to music, it really did have such a home feeling to the property. We would definitely stay here again!

The house itself was well maintained and as described, but we did have a couple issues with our stay overall- a prior renter had a dog which left dog fur on the furniture and rugs, resulting in our clothes being covered in fur and my 1yr old daughter’s skin getting irritated as she is allergic to dogs. The dog friendly rental was a bit of an oversight because obviously people let their dogs all over the furniture and I wasn’t counting on sitting on the couch or stepping on the bedroom rug and get fur on my clothes or on my daughters face. The host was very quick to help us access a vacuum and some cleaning supplies to help us mitigate that though, which we greatly appreciated to be able to have our daughter do fine with the rest of the stay.
Secondly, there is an apartment below the main floor of the home. I did not realize this when booking. We had the displeasure of discovering the thinness of the floors in the master bedroom. Unfortunately, we were unable to escape the sounds coming out the apartment in the downstairs residents’ late night couples workout, which definitely delaying being able to get any sleep.

The property was very close to everything. well stocked kitchen, shower was nice & hot. The hot tub was nice & relaxing after a day of exploring. I would have given this property all 5 across the board, it was clean but just needed a a little extra cleaning details, like wiping out the refrigerator from previous guests. Over I would definitely stay again

I was in town to run the Asheville Marathon and this stay was everything i could’ve asked for! It was a lovely home. Perfect for resting up for the big day and winding down after. Very clear instructions on how to maintain/leave the house when departing which was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this spring in West Asheville! The home was extremely clean, and VERY well stocked with all the necessities. I usually bring certain items from home (extra k-cups, creamer, etc) but there was no need because this house was so well stocked with coffee, k-cups, cream & sugar, and even snacks! There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. We have never stayed somewhere that provided so much to their guests!
The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The neighbors kept to themselves and the area was very quiet & family friendly. The hot tub was a big plus!
A couple things to note:
1. The laundry room is locked and only accessible if you request access. If you want to access the laundry room ask before arriving or shortly after. I would have packed a little differently had I realized this, and maybe I misread or misunderstood prior to our trip. It wasn’t a huge deal, but just something to think about!
2. The property manager does live on-site below the home in a basement apartment. This didn’t bother us at all, but again something we either missed or didn’t realize before booking. The property manager was extremely quiet, and we didn’t cross paths or even realize when they came or went.
Overall our stay was so relaxing and fun! We highly recommend walking to New Belgium, shopping in the arts district or downtown Asheville, and hiking at Pisgah National Park!

Good location. Clean and neat. The only thing is that it's not that a private home, should know that you're just in the second story of a home where the property manager stays downstairs. Would've liked to know that.

Very very clean and well supplied! This is the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in! More Vrbos should be run this way! Excellent all the way around!

I stayed here with my 18 year old daughter for 4 nights. I was here for schooling and hiking. It was close to everything we needed and coming back to an outdoor hot tub in February was clutch!
We originally booked for 3 nights and were happy we were able to stay an extra night. The beds were comfortable, I was able to order Last of the Mohicans through the tv easily after hiking at Triple Falls… just everything was clean and lovely. We wish we didn’t have to leave. ❤️
