I expected more than just bread for breakfast

L emplacement du logement et la propreté
Le petit déjeuner si on peut appeler cela comme ça … un bout de brioche/pain nature avec un stick de café soluble … c est vraiment limite …

Location was conveniently close to the metro.
Some of the storage boxes in our room were dirty so we didn’t have space to store our luggage.

It was near sensoji temple
No fridge, breakfast was lame, no room service, couch bed broken.
3.5
Location, on a quiet neighborhood but close to the center of the city
Service. No service at all. This is by far the most expensive hotel y have ever book. But the service was the poorest. No service. No housekeeping, no towel change. Nobody there to attend any request.
Breakfast. Also the poorest breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. Just a piece of sweet bred per person. When they indicate breakfast included you never think a breakfast like this. I think is nearly fraud.

For the price that you are paying, relative to other properties in the vicinity, you are getting very good value for money: clean room, comfortable mattress, and breakfast provided! The room although small, has all the stuff you need. Checking in and out were smooth too.
Nothing.

Good location not too far from a subway station. Room was clean and big enough for my family (4). Fridge, dryer, washer, table located inside the hotel very convenient
Small fridge. There are Few rooms so a bigger fridge would be a better option.

It wasgreat that facilitatesare easily accessible and there’s a manual provided that was of help during our stay. The customer service is also great as they were patient to answer all our queries.
It’s located quite at a distance from the main road. It would have been helpful if it was only a few steps away from the metro station and all.
3.5
No personal staff. Even if it was just for one night I didn’t get the room booking.com confirmed me. Breakfast was just bread.

The meals area downstairs was a great gathering place for us all. The location was fantastic, a short walk ti the nearest station and easy to navigate.
No cleaning provided so we had to wash our own towels or pay for extra towels.
3.5
Decent size room. Separate bath room and toilet.
We were on 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Bringing up our luggage was a struggle. Only 1 small slice of slightly toasted bread with no spread and 1 instant coffee tube was provided for breakfast. On 1 day, we did not have coffee as someone took more than their allotment.
3.5
Compact but neat. Kinda close to Station but needs a 10 mins walk. Neat and tidy.
No human interface.. well new concept but some smile would have been good. Hangers were missing and no storage.
3.5
Bread in morning, good beds and clean rooms. Good bathroom facilities, quiet
No smart TV

I like it that there is laundry and luggage storage available.
there is no lift and it is very tiring to carry all the large size baggage up to level 3!
3.5
Value for price. Bunk beds. Good AC.
Small room. No elevator. Very poor breakfast of dry bread. Poor location from Asakusa station.

The facility is sufficient. We stay on first floor so it's good for a big baggage. The checkin process is clear and understood for foreigner.
It's a little bit far from train station. We stay in room 101 with musty smell and a little wet carpet. The dryer not work properly that the clothes are not dry in twice work.

The member of staff who helped us when we had an issue with our room was the kindest young man who spoke amazing English and was very polite and understanding. Were put in a bigger, better room due to issues with previous room. Facilities in shared spaces are good.
Upon entering our room (101) it smelled like someone had been smoking in there, and when you opened the bathroom door the fan blowing into the toilet smelt like someone had smoked an entire packet of cigarettes and was blowing it down the vents. My sister had an immediate reaction to her breathing and her partner and I also started to get headaches so we requested another room. We had to wait for a member of staff to turn up as there is no check in counter (it's all done via tablet/camera) which messed up our dinner plans. The second room was a bit better but had mold which ended up impacting all three of us over the 2 nights we stayed there. It was the first time I've ever experienced anything like this in a hotel. The beds are hard as a rock, my shoulders became so stiff, and my sister suffered with back ache. The place looked great on booking.com but I would not stay here again even if you paid me to.

This is the best place I've been so far in my trip to Japan, location is very convenient and the self check in is very quick and easy, the room is big enough and tidy

checkin was easy and the lounge area was nice
The beds were quite uncomfortable and the property is quite far from both train stations and any places for food. It is probably ok for older families but definitely not with small children
3.5
The location was great and it had an easy, contactless check in. We had a problem with our room and the staff were understanding and helpful.
My son has an allergy to mould and unfortunately the room had a distinct smell that he reacted to immediately. As a result, we actually didn’t stay there.

check in procedure is a bit too long. have to fill in a form, then scan passport.
it is quite far from Asakusa station, have to walk across a bridge but the view was beautiful.
Lousy breakfast, only a slice of thick bread per guest, though coffee and tea provided. breakfast has to be taken on the room.
