This lovely cottage home is just 2 short blocks to the beautiful Atlantic blue waters in the Crescent Beach area. This great beach house has been smartly renovated and family friendly details make it summer ready. The house is wonderful and full of vintage charm, windows, knotty pine wood and high soaring ceilings. Fresh paint, floors, bedding and furnishings, all fully stocked for you to enjoy. Some modern touches but still a blend with the original details.
The stylish kitchen has been smartly updated with all new appliances, quartz countertops and everything you will need to make that scrumptious local seafood dinner. You can grill by the pool, or take a break and just pick up take out, after all it is vacation!. There is a large pantry off the kitchen offering plenty of shelf space for weekly supplies and extra kitchen necessities are perfectly stored. A brand new full-size washer and dryer set are easily accessible.
In total, there are 4 bedrooms, with 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and 4 Twin beds. All have new memory foam mattresses. Your reservation includes all bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, and departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper and paper towels) bath soaps, and dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.
The downstairs guest room with 2 Queens, has its own private bath/shower combo. The downstairs guest room with 2 Twins, shares a bath (shower stall only) with the downstairs King guest room. Upstairs is a private master suite with a great King bed and a single Twin bed. The master offers a great remodeled bathroom (glass shower only). There is an additional twin day bed, for one extra person, downstairs in the front sun-porch entry area.
The living space is a large vaulted room area for gathering, bar-top, dining, or viewing the large flat screen TV and relax after your busy day. This lovely beach house comes with a huge fenced-in yard and a new salt water pool. Enjoy the surf and sandy beach or take a break and just relax on the pool deck and soak up the sun. The beach access is just an easy two blocks to 25th Avenue.

We were extremely happy with this house. The photos and descriptions don't tell the full story - it's even better than it seems! The kitchen was PERFECTLY stocked. I cook a lot, and we have 4 kids, and there was everything we need. I usually take so much kitchen gear, but everything we needed was there (actual usable pots and pans, great dishes, pyrex, baking pans, etc). The pool set up is GREAT! It's 2 minutes to the beach, and a great entry point too, not over crowded, with a ramp, and quiet neighborhood. We loved the layout with our kids all near the common areas and not too spread out. The only thing I would REALLY recommend is a dining table that seats at least 6. The current 4 person dining table is just not enough for a house that sleeps this many people. We adapted by eating outside every night, but it seems like an easy switch for the owners. The owners left us a very thoughtful welcome package, with the best starter kit we've ever had at a beach house!!! and a hand written note. Incredibly thoughtful. We also really loved working with the staff in the management office. They were fantastic! Very helpful and friendly.

Amazing! This house was perfect for what we needed! We had 9 People and everybody had a comfortable bed and bathroom to relax in if we were not by the pool or on the beach. The house is charming with beach country vibes and what you’d expect form a rental:)This is an awesome family spot if you have kids, yet not so great for Pre teen, or teens they will defiantly get board! Even with the Board Walk activities in Myrtle Beach. We did have to call management a couple of times and they sent someone right over, to help. The AC stoped working and the roof was leaking onto a dresser, and one of the beds, but Liz and Tracey were right there for us. The beach was also great. Clean and pretty with lots of waves. The house was just a 5 minute walk and if someone can’t make it , or there’s little kids there’s parking right at the beach walk way entrance that’s only 4 dollars an hour, so if you want that ez back and forth for the bathroom or snacks it a no brainer. We actually drove 14 hours to vacation here and can’t wait to do it again next year!

I believe this stay was better than the first, the beds were super comfy, the pool was AWESOME, the back yard was great for the fur babies and kids, Everyone had lots of space for sleeping and parking. This was the first time I ever rented a house on vacation. We usually stay with family. But with 7 adults and 2 dogs ( 1 German Shepherd and 1 Lab Mix ) we needed something a little bigger and accommodating for everyone even the fur babies. I was hoping the relaxation n crescent beach house was exactly as stated in the description. You spend a lot of money and time planning your trip you want it to be perfect. THIS WAS PERFECT!! It was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, SPACIOUS IT WAS HOME AWAY FROM HOME. With a walk to the beach, a golf car ride away from shops, food, mini golf it was great. And for me sitting pool side with the fur-babies and family was all I needed. DEFINITELY LOOKING TO MAKE THIS A YEARLY TRIP!!

There is no dish soap or laundry detergent even though they require you to wash the pool towels. The pantry area is weird and run down.We had a really nice time. You are paying for the location which was excellent, but it’s always disappointing to pay so much and then get something run down. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The bedroom set up wasn’t ideal as most of the sleeping space was downstairs, with one bedroom upstairs. Good for friends not necessarily families. The beds themselves were not very comfortable and the pillows were definitely needing to be replaced. Seating was limited for a rental that “sleeps” this amount of people. Even outdoors. Comfort across the board was lacking. The washer and dryer were convenient but the set up should be reevaluated. You can’t see the settings on the dryer with them stacked. And please update the refrigerator to ice/water dispenser! Ice cube trays are not what renters expect in 2022.Outdoors-we expected the pool to be cool. No problem. But, they did not mention it had a leak and we had to refill it which meant extra cold hose water. Pool company also had to come out and “shock” it because it was murky, which took 2 days. Lastly, the rental company was helpful. Especially the last man that came out. He was friendly and went out of his way to help. Thank you! With that said, from a safety standpoint, if sending staff to the house, please do announce they will be coming. The first person that came out was not in a uniform, or company car and I had to trust he actually was from the company. Also, with the large sign in the flower bed advertising the company-anyone could say that’s where they are from. Safety!!!

This was the second time we rented this property. We were looking forward to some upgrades. It appears the owner has allowed it to fall into disrepair. The siding was falling down. The umbrella was broken. There was a small sink hole off the one side of the pool deck. The glass cooktop on the stove was broken which is an electrical risk. There were roaches in the upstairs bathroom. Lighting was dim. However, the location was great and Owner Direct was very responsive and professional. We will rent from Owner Direct again. Probably won't rent this property again.

Cute property a short walk from N Myrtle Beach
Nice, clean property that technically has all the amenities. Loved how close it was to N Myrtle Beach (much nicer than Myrtle Beach). Great location, quiet neighborhood and safe. House itself was a little small, but no complaints, really. Con was there weren’t all the extras one typically expects from a rental, such as foil, spices and other cooking items typically left from other renters. Would definitely rent again!

More than enough room for our 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 chihuahuas. Beach was closer than expected for our daily peaceful walks. The pool was the perfect relief from our daily walks. The house was well stock from the kitchen to the pool towels. We enjoyed a nearby fishing expedition, parasailing, river and waterway tours, golf and shopping. The pictures and descriptions don't do it justice. The staff was very flexible rescheduling from last year due to COVID and made check in and check out a snap. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The house is basically okay but some things to know. I paid to heat the pool for a couple days and it never went up more than 4-5 degrees, so hardly warm enough on a 60-70 degree week.
The management company poached my inquiry from VRBO and said it would save on fees and after inquiring about all costs, basically stole my $300 deposit claiming that I never told them about a pet. That is just dishonest in my opinion.
They claimed that you get a big discount card with the house but every single discount was also available online (and golf was actually cheaper).
Al-in-all its a nice place but not worth the ridiculous extra fees (almost 80% of rental cost).

The house was very accomaditing for 5 padults. There was defineately room for more kids (which we didn't bring any!) The pool heater didn't work very well so I wouldn't pay the extra $ until it gets fixed. The living room was limited space if it was an "indoor day" it would been very crowded. The grill is charcoal and the charcoal wasn't furnished. Now for the good stuff. We were a block from the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning. The place was clean and easy to keep clean. There was plenty of out door space/seating. Shops and grocery stores near by. We had a great time and look forward to renting again next year!
