This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

This house is everything the ads say it is, clean, close to the beach, updated accommodations, and the kitchen is stocked well. The pool and surrounding areas are quite good and were used often. Since the house is on a dead and street there is minimal traffic noise.

I have rented from VRBO for many years, but this was absolutely the nicest house ever!! We had a wonderful week together and so enjoyed the house and location. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious. Loved that the table seated all of us! Sure hope we can return next year!

Great property. Great location and great host. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Close to beach, stores and restaurants. The outside is great. The host added an outdoor tv and we spent time at night outside watching movies. I’m ready to go back.

We had a GREAT stay at your place. It was Clean, big, and roomy. If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to put darkening curtains in the bedrooms. That way the lights from neighbors does not shine into the rooms. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to North Myrtle Beach!!!!

Has everything you need for your beach trip. Clean, comfortable, updated has all the toys needed for the pool. Outside area very nice TV, Grill, lounge chairs and of course the pool. We will definitely be back.

The home was just as advertised. Home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and it was a short walk to beach. I left some items and the host was nice to mail them to my home. Highly recommend.

This beach house had all the amenities you need for a great beach vacation. Enver was great to work with and responsive. Wish the weather would have heated the pool a bit. The only 4 star on location was because Duffy street seemed to be used as a heavy construction vehicle main road so they made a lot of noise . Clean well equipped and organized with plenty of room for every one.

This is a well maintained comfortable property to rent. The furnishings are very nice with very comfortable beds. Very spacious. The outdoor living area is beautiful. We rented in January and February and the pool area was well protected and warm for sitting. The property owner was very welcoming and available for questions. I would highly recommend this rental for families. It was pet friendly!!!

This property is exactly as shown in pictures and description!! This is as close as a home away from home. Great attention to detail of cleanliness and amenities provided! The walk to the beach was so nice and an easy stroll for four adults. Also in walking distance is a fantastic neighborhood grocery! Boulineau’s is so much more than the local grocery! What a wonderful place to eat and chat with other visitors!! This was the most relaxing and most enjoyable vacation I have had in years!!!! My husband had to remove me from the property kicking and screaming!! But with a promise we would return!! You will not be disappointed!!!

The property was clean and well stocked for a week stay. It is a very convenient location. We loved the upgraded bathrooms, however another 1/2 bath would be helpful when housing 9 guests. The game room was fun and we loved the pool. Overall very pleased with this rental!

This beach house was everything we wanted and more! It was beautifully decorated and very Clean, the kids enjoyed the pool and game room when we weren’t at the beach. Plenty of seating for everyone! Dog friendly, which is a huge plus! Enver was always very quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful beach home. Would 100% recommend! 5 Stars.

We had a wonderful week here with family and dogs! Beautiful, clean home! Short walk to the beach. The pool and outside seating areas were awesome! Would highly recommend renting this home! The owner, Enver, is very responsive to messages!

This was our first vbro stay. We had an issue upon arrival and had to contact the property manager. Evner was there in 20 minutes and promptly fixed the problem. He was kind and courteous, a great person to interact with. The house was every thing that we hoped for and more. I loved the location! It was a hike for the grandkids but a nice stroll for the adults and nesteled in by the marsh on a quiet dead end street. The pool was wonderful for the kiddos when they couldn't get in the ocean. I would most definitely stay there again!

Absolutely loved this property! From the game room to the outdoor shower! Everything was perfect and Enver couldn’t have been nicer. Everything we could have needed was provided: pots and pans, beach chairs, beach wagons, you name it! I’ve already booked this house for next year!! Can’t recommend highly enough! 😀😀

We had a great experience at Cherry Grove Beach! The house was set up perfectly for the two families and all 7 kiddos! The pool was a total hit and all the beach and pool toys included made packing so much easier! We had everything we needed; kitchen utensils, grilling supplies, extra blankets & linens, arcade/game room and a great outdoor space! We had a slight problem with the tv/internet on a rainy day and Enver quickly helped take care of the issue. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. House was very clean, nicely decorated and exactly as listed. Enver the host was great to work with. We were able to walk to the beach-approximately a 5 minute walk. Convenient walk to the grocery store too. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was better than I could have asked for! It is difficult to find a home that can comfortably sleep 7 adults (that doesn't cost an outrageous amount of money). The location was wonderful. We are going to try to come back this summer so we can enjoy the beautiful pool!

Would highly recommend this house to family and friends! It was clean and decorated nicely. The house had everything we needed, from cookware and utensils to bikes, wagons and beach chairs. My grandkids really enjoyed the bikes. We were a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
