Hotel funcional en zona muy conveniente

Las habitaciones son confortables, con camas muy cómodas. La atención del personal fue buena. Destaco también la buena ubicación del hotel, cerca de un montón de restaurantes, tiendas y demás.

Lamentablemente el hotel se encontraba en obras. Destaco positivamente que mandaron un mensaje informando de esto previamente a la llegada, pero igualmente durante el día el ruido podía llegar a ser bastante molesto. Mejoraría el café del desayuno.

decepcionante, já fiquei em outros hotéis desta mesma rede que foram ótimos mas esse foi lamentável.

Quanta a localização já escolhi esse hotel por ficar próximo das coisas onde eu ira participar.

café da manha pelo valor esperava mais, poucas opções de bolos, e de produtos zero lactose. academia sem ar condicionado impossível de fazer qualquer coisa a qualquer hora devido ao calor intenso. e a piscina extremamente suja sem condições de uso, no entanto nos três dias que fiquei no vi ninguém utilizando. mas o pior foi quando eu cheguei que nem ajudaram a levar as malas no quarto simplesmente colocaram no carrinho e me deram para eu mesma levar no elevador e deixar o carrinho no corredor. Bela recepção.

O quarto estava reformado. Espaçoso, bonito, aconchegante. A portaria do hotel está reformada, e muito bonita. Todos os funcionários da portaria eram muito educados, prestativos, eficientes e gentis. Adorei o cookie que oferecem na recepção.

O quarto e a recepção do hotel estão totalmente reformados e agradáveis. Mas o restaurante ainda não sofreu nenhum tipo de reforma ou melhora. As cadeiras do restaurante estão com o couro descascado. A cerâmica dos pratos é grosseira, os talheres não tem padrão (tem mistura de modelo), falta cuidado na disposição das comidas no buffet. Tirando a máquina de café, que é boa, os itens do café da manhã eram bem "mais ou menos". Os pães de sal não eram frescos, eles craquelavam ao partir. No quarto eu não gostei da disposição do ar condicionado. Ele é direcionado para a cabeceira da cama. Para não ficar com sinusite, eu dormi atravessada na cama. Faltava a canopla de acabamento dos registros do chuveiro. Dava para ver o buraco na cerâmica em volta dos registros. Não tinha disponível no quarto touca de banho. Fez falta.

Localização

Instalações estão péssimas. Hotel está muito antigo e mal conservado (paredes, guarnições de porta, mobiliário em geral). Fora o PÉSSIMO cheiro de retorno do esgoto do banheiro. Inacreditável para um hotel do grupo Hilton.

Good - but could be better

The staff are all excellent and go above and beyond. Without them, this place would not be worth a stay. The location is very good too.

The breakfast is of terrible quality and often the scrambled eggs have been left out a while and are cold. The gym looks like it’s been through a war zone. The towels are often not replaced and housekeeping don’t do the best job at cleaning.

NOT 5*. Average hotel, with not much going for it. Wouldn’t choose stay here again.

Friendly staff and the breakfast was decent. the location is okay.

The gym was pathetic (all the running machines were broken) and the gym machine creaked from the rust. No-one swam, and for good reason. It is very dated, badly lit bedrooms if not on the main road. Signs of damp or mould in the corner of the room and plug sockets that were coming away from the walls.

Disappointing, doesn't match up to similar priced Pullman hotel nearby.

Location of the hotel was convenient, in the centre of Itaim Bibi. Breakfast was nice with a good variety to choose from.

Hotel is rather small, lobby has some comfortable sofas however there isn't a lounge to relax in. The rooftop pool was not clean and the gym was basic and cramped, no-one was using these facilities whilst i was there and there is a reason for that.

Excelent location and amazing free cookies at check in.

The hotel rooms are very old. Like very, very old. Im surprise a Hilton Franchise allows this. The furniture in the room was stained, the lamps really old, it smelled weird. The hotel definitely needs refurbishing.
