Um Excelente hotel com localização fantástica.

A propriedade fica extremamente bem localizada. O quarto é grande e confortável e o staff do hotel é excepcional. Na nossa chegada, já havíamos feito o pré-check-in e rapidamente conferiu-se a documentação. Porém ao chegar no quarto, preferimos um que tivesse banheira e solicitamos a troca na recepção, o que ocorreu em menos de 5 minutos. Nossas solicitações foram atendidas com uma rapidez excepcional. O café da manhã é excelente e super completo. Recomendo o hotel com muita segurança e posso afirmar que é um excelente custo-benefício.

O hotel era próximo ao Evento que eu tinha.

As instalações são muito antigas. O quarto com ar condicionado muiiiito antigo, ainda com carpete. Precisa se atualizar. Também precisa oferecer mais opções sem glúten e lactose no café da manhã.

Best hotel for a comfy solo stay

By I far the best experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Let me start by telling you about the room. It was on the 13th floor with a beautiful view, a super comfortable bed and a nice bathtub. I order room service on the last night, asked for salmon with veggie and pure, it was delicious and brought to my room super fast. The hotel has an afternoon service of coffee or tea and bites for everyone that’s staying, completely free. The breakfast was an amazing spread of fruits, cereals, bake goods, eggs, meat nicely cooked, good coffee, juice and more. It is a environmentally friendly hotel, however there wasn’t a recyclable bin in the room, the towels you can and are encouraged to reuse. I love that. The staff spoke Portuguese and English, they were super friendly, polite and respectful.

Everything was perfect. Huge room, comfy bed, big bathroom the staff can speak English and were helpful. safe and upscale neighborhood and hotel. breakfast was great and had all the necessary items like scrambled eggs, oats, break , biscuits, cake, coffee, tea, jam, etc. the room had a desk making it suitable for a business traveler.

although I was on the 14th floor, I could hear noise from the neighborhood. the outdoor AC unit from the room above was dripping on top of mine making noise so I had to put a shopping bag on top of mine to decrease the noise. the hotel location didn't seem central in sao paulo.

The hotel is in a relatively safe area. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was well worth the cost.

It would help if they provided a kettle in the room. Nothing beats making your own cup of tea, and I prefer to drink boiled water than tap or bottle water. I didn't like old, well used towels

Good location & great breakfast. Decor & plumbing a bit dated.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel is ideally located between Morumbi and Iguatemi Shopping Centres. The room was spacious and the shower was very good. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Though the shower was nice, the toilet didn't flush properly and the sink was always plugged up.
