Magnifique lieu au cœur de Brigue.

Bien situé dans le centre ville. Magnifique vue sur le couvent st Ursule et ses tours ainsi que sur les montagnes enneigées. Superbe petit déjeuner. A conseiller sans hésitation

In Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Der Charme wurde gut beibehalten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Das Frühstück war sehr mager und einfach. Das Buffet war chaotisch und nicht aufgeräumt. Das Personal war nicht präsent.

Una casa de huéspedes ideal para colocer el cantón de Valais y el hermoso y cultural Brig

Todo. Magnífico alojamiento. Un ambiente tranquilo, una ubicación insuperable. El personal muy agradable, gentil, servicial. Totalmente avocados a satisfacer a sus huéspedes. El desayuno delicioso!.

Excellent séjour dans cette Gästehaus

Pas très loin de la gare. La chambre est simple mais confortable et très propre avec une magnifique vue sur le château dans un endroit calme. En plus il y a une petite cuisine juste à côté de la chambre ce qui est très appréciable pour se faire une petit repas le soir. Le déjeuner est également super. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Alles super sauber. Zimmer mit Balkon und eigenem WC zum Garten heraus. Gemeinschaftsduschen. Die Zimmer mit eigenem Bad sind zur Kopfsteinpflaster Straße raus. Lauter, da ab und zu Autos. Höfliche Mitarbeiter, leckeres Frühstück auch glutenfrei Achtung kein Fernsehen auf Zimmer. Aber kleine Teeküche auf der Etage mit Kühlschrank,2 Herdplatten und Mikrowelle. Kann man sich Kleinigkeiten zubereiten.

Weg vom Bahnhof Berg rauf mit Koffer etwas mühsam, aber machbar

Simply perfect, I couldn't believe to pay that little for that piece of heaven Gästehaus St. Ursula

The breakfast was very pleasing, I could choose different kind of foods and take as much as I wanted. Never leaving aside the high level of restaurant's hygiene which is very important and I appreciated a lot.

Except the fact that because of personal reason, couldn't stay longer, there wasn't anything to not like.

Trotzdem würde ich wieder n. Brig. kommen !!!

Die Unterkunft war schlicht, einfach eingerichtet u. eine schöne Aussicht auf den Garten. Und s‘ Stockalper-Schloss.

Wie bereits geschrieben . Mitbewohner verhielten sich leider Rücksichtslos . Indem sie entweder herumtrampelten oder. Türen unsanft schlossen !! Leider. !!!

Es war der perfekte Ort für uns

Die ruhige Lage mit grossem Garten im Zentrum. Der Aufenthalt im historischen, sehr schön, schlicht ausgestatteten Gebäude. Grosse, einfache Zimmer, unkomplizierte Abwicklung Check-In. Freundlicher Empfang.

A nice hotel with a beautiful garden

Part of an old closter, Nicely located next to the castle. Real beautiful garden.

You should be prepared to walk up a rather steep hill in order to come to the hotel. For the rest, a nice place to stay.

The garden

The garden is exquisite. What a privilege to be able to sit there and contemplate the views, read a book and enjoy the tranquility. Everything was very clean, the ambiance is very special and the breakfast was delicious

Beautiful place with nice garden and specific atmosphere

Very nice place to stay in Brig. We had family room with 4 beds - in fact it were two rooms - both large and comfortable with one common bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed wery much the garden situated just next to the castle - it is really very peaceful and calm place with specific atmosphere.

Great location and calm ambiance

It's a nice and quiet place, perfectly clean. My single room had a plenty of storage space and a convenient bathroom, recently renovated. In the middle of July, the room temperature was quite comfortable, even though there was no air conditioner. A spacious terrace offers an impressive view on the castle and the garden.

I wish there had been a bit more variety of fruit and/or vegetables proposed at breakfast.

We have stayed here four times already. We love the simplicity of the rooms, and a shared WC and shower is no problem at all. The garden is lovely, and the location is the best.

Cleanliness, location, breakfast, convenience… just the right place for so many outdoor activities close by. highly recommended.

even rooms with shared bathroom were excellent…never competed with anybody.for access. The whole place is very homey.

Unique stay with stunning views and a stellar breakfast!

The facilities were clean and peaceful, the surroundings were profoundly beautiful, and the breakfast options were scrumptious. I enjoyed how functional the room was, with ample space and plenty of electrical outlets. The luggage storage rooms came in handy for further exploration on check-out day as well!

Twice, the staff prioritized phone calls that lasted 10-15 minutes while processing my check-in/check-out. It wasn't a massive bother, but it felt awkward just waiting for their conversation to finish.

Lovely place to stay

Breakfast was excellent - home-made muesli, home-made preserves and home-made bread as well as a selection of cheeses and cooked meats... The room was great - twice the size of most hotel rooms, with a view over the nearby castle towers and of the mountains (of course)! The location was great - only three minutes' walk from a choice of restaurants and five minutes from the main shopping and eating area of Brig.

There was no TV in the room (there was one in the lounge), but we hardly noticed after a day or so.

Great stay for a weekend

10min on foot from the station. Close to many restaurants and shops. Good breakfast. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Overnight stay in the heart of Brig

To stay inside a former monastery is a very special experience, that sets this hostel apart. There is a sense of serenity that I much appreciated. It’s location in the heart of the historical Brig also makes a stay a pleasant experience.

I’ve found the mattress of my single bed room to be too hard, and I woke up with slight back pain. Also the pillow is rather flat.
