L’appartement est clair, agréable et fonctionnel. Il est très bien équipé ce qui est un plus. La vue mer est imprenable! Seul point à prendre en compte: les escaliers qui peuvent être un problème pour des personnes âgées ou des couples avec enfants en bas âge. Je recommande cette location +++

Nous avons profités pleinement de la vue sur la mer même par grand vent. La mer assure le spectacle tout le long de la journée. L'appartement est propre, bien aménagé, récent, très fonctionnel. Très bonne literie. Nous reviendrons volontier.

Wohnung ist sauber und schön mit einem tollen Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern. Sie entspricht den Angaben des Vermieters. Zu erwähnen gibt es das die 2 oberen Wohnungen nur über eine hohe Metalltreppe zu erreichen sind. Für Leute mit Gehbehinderung , Ältere oder ängstlichen Hunden die Probleme mit Treppen haben ist sie nicht zu empfehlen. Das WLAN war nur im 2. Schlafzimmer gut. Im Rest der Wohnung kaum Empfangbar. Die Kommunikation ist leider nur schwer möglich wenn man nicht Französisch spricht. Vermieter gibt an Deutsch und Englisch zusprechen was aber nicht stimmt. Wir hatten 2 mal fragen an ihn die man am Telefon nicht kommunizieren konnte. Per Email anscheinend nur was Google übersetzt. Das führte auch dazu das man bei der Wohnungsübergabe am Schluss nicht vernünftig miteinander reden konnte da die Vermieter auf einen Mangel am Rand des Sofas hinwies den er uns zu lasten legen wollte. Dieser bestand aber seit Anfang an. Wir hatten zwar unseren Hund mit der wurde aber konsequent von dem Sofa verband. Aber weil wir natürlich nicht 100% sicher sein konnten haben wir die ganze zeit eine große Tagesdecke über dem Sofa gehabt. Wir haben es leider versäumt am Anfang Fotos zumachen. Letztlich haben wir die Kaution komplett zurück bekommen. Man hätte auch nichts in der Hand gehabt da die Kaution bei Ankunft in bar bezahlt wurde ohne dafür eine Quittung bekommen zuhaben. Dies trübte den Abschluss natürlich etwas.

Excellent appartement. Accès extérieur par un escalier un peu raide. Escalier intérieur usant pour un long séjour. Mais ces difficultés n'occultent pas le grand confort offert par cet appartement et la vue superbe sur la mer.

Le site est très agréable. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et confortable. Les + : la vue , merveilleuse par tous les temps. La décoration contemporaine et mettant en valeur la région. La disponibilité du propriétaire et des gérants. Les - : le wifi faible , les vents forts (140 km/h) et bruyants qui s'engouffrent dans l'appartement et refroissent le séjour : problème résolu après bouchage de la bouche d'aération. Côté réseau téléphonique, étant chez Bouygues, le réseau pensait que nous étions en Angleterre à cause de la proximité de l'île de Jersey. Attention en février : pas de navette pour aller sur l'île de Jersey. En conclusion, nous n'avons pas eu de vagues submersibles (ouf ! Pas possible vue la platitude de la côte ) et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wir haben dort eine schöne Woche verbracht, die Bilder im Internet entsprechen zu 100 Prozent den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet- alles ist noch recht neu. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos vue sur Abritel. Il est excellement bien équipé. Tout est pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent chez eux et qu'ils ne manquent de rien lors de la préparation des repas par exemple. L'appartement est nickel avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Aucun souci de bruit, bravo pour l'insonorisation réfléchie pour le bien être des occupants. Aucune hésitation à avoir si vous rechercher un logement confortable, propre, au calme, à la plage, avec une vue du matin au soir sur la mer et l'Ile de Jersay. Les propriétaires, Catherine et Pascal, sont disponibles, sympathiques et réactifs en cas de besoin. Merci à eux, nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Marie et Eric de Belgique :)
