Newly renovated in January 2023 with new floors, kitchen, and expanded primary bathroom!

You can't beat this location! Here you'll enjoy this luxur 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa with a water view of the sound. It's located steps away from the South Beach Marina. No need to even cross the street!

At the Marina, you'll find the Salty Dog with its restaurants, including an outdoor area with live music, a pizza joint, and an ice cream stand.

There are also shops and a general store available at the marina, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises that leave right from the docks there. And don't miss the many children's activities available at the Salty Dog, including tie-dying in the summer months.

Located on the second floor, this villa has a lovely balcony with a view of the sound across the street. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The sand and surf are within arm's reach as you step over to the sound entrance that you see from your verandah. It's a gorgeous place to watch sunsets and dolphins, who love to swim in the waters here.

The villa has a primary bedroom with its own shower.

The second bedroom sleeps two on a king bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

There is a second bathroom in the hallway for those two secondary bedrooms and guests to share. The living room also offers a sleeper sofa for expanded sleeping options.

Pool update for the Summer 2024 Season: We have just learned that the South Beach pool will not be opening this summer as it is undergoing renovations. Therefore, we have quickly secured a membership to the Harbour Town Pool at 1 Lighthouse Lane (about a 10 minute drive) that our guests are also able to use. The benefit of the Harbour Town pool is that it is open year-round (instead of the limited summer months at the South Beach pool) AND the pool there is heated!

Five of us stayed at this condo in Sea Pines. Right when we walked in, we were so delighted. I wish I could live in this condo! The location is wonderful- right by the Salty Dog, an ice cream shop and other restaurants and shops. You can just walk to these places or take a short walk to a beach that doesn't get too crowded. Harbortown is a short drive away where you'll find great shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is so beautiful. It's all been renovated. The kitchen is gorgeous with white granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything you could ever need. There are four large TVs in this condo! There are two full baths. The master bathroom has a closet and has a huge shower with lovely tiles. The owners spared no expense to furnish this place with great quality items and furniture. The balcony faces lush foliage and the beach. We were there during the tropical storm, but it didn't dampen our time, because we had this luxurious condo to hunker down in. The owner was very communicative and helpful. I am definitely coming back next year. It is a true five star condo in every way!

Everything about the condo was great, from cleanliness to a well- equipped kitchen. However, the absolute best part of the condo is the location. Right beside South Beach, your unobstructed view from the balcony is beautiful- the water is right there-maybe 2-3 football fields away. We sat on the gorgeous beach each day and watched the dolphins play. Sunset across the water and over Daufuskie Is spectacular. Highly recommend!

The condo is very tidy and can easily accommodate 4 adults -- more would be tight. The guest bedrooms and bath are small, and all of them are clustered together --great for a family, less ideal for non-family guests. The unit has a nice view of the Intercoastal waterway; the beach is a short walk away. The Salty Dog shop and cafe are adjacent to the condo complex. Pickleball and tennis courts and a swimming pool are close by. Spring 2024 work on the only access road to South Beach complicated travel in and out, but this complication should be temporary. The property owner was very responsive to queries and took prompt action on a couple of matters that needed attention.

Great property. Perfectly renovated, this villa truly had everything our family needed. We walked over to the sound the first day. We had on/off rain most of our stay but made the most of it! Villa was a super short walk to Salty Dog Cafe- live music nightly and serves a great breakfast, lunch and dinner! Rented bikes right at the south beach rental spot too! Rode to Harbor Town- great little coffee shop there, shops, restaurants too…& of course the lighthouse! Stopped by to walk out to the Ocean on our bike ride back- beautiful- easy walk/bike on a sunny day. Also, Villa is in the perfect locale for tennis and pickleballers alike! We also found amazing playgrounds on the island for the kiddos. HHI truly has something for everyone- even in the rain! Property host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time at this Bluff Villa. It is a perfect location for beach time, bike riding and meals at the Salty Dog. The villa was very clean and spacious. It was also quiet even though there were a lot of people around. Jenny couldn't have been more accommodating. We would definitely go back to this unit again. It was hard to leave!

We love this property! The pool and beach are both easy walks. Bike trails start right behind the unit. The Salty Dog and an ice cream shop are also just across the parking lot. The kitchen and master bath have recently been fully renovated. There are 3 huge, wall mounted tvs in the unit, which is also great. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. We have stayed in multiple units in Bluff Villas and this was by far the best. It is recently updated and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the TV’s are huge. The owner was very responsive with questions and when we had to reach out during our visit. We hope to return soon!

If staying in Sea pines plantation this place is convenient to everything. Friends used to have a place at Bluff Villas years back that we visited. When propert was sold when they passed we were sad but so happy when we found this property. WE were so happy because it reinforced all of those original experiences.

Very nice 3 bedroom, two bath condo. Lots of room in kitchen. Everything looked and smelled clean. TV’s in all the rooms were great. Check in was smooth. Really no problems. Quick walk (5 minutes) to beach along the sound. Nice locations with pool, restaurants and shops. Tennis and Pickle-ball close by (we don’t play). This condo was nicer than others we have stayed in at Bluff Villas. I will seek it out again.

Our family get together was very enjoyable here! We had plenty of space. Large kitchen, kitchen table, bar area and living room area gave us plenty of room to relax. Beautiful view of the Sound from the deck. Easy walk to the Sound to dolphin watch. Super close to The Salty Dog for great food and drinks! Would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful, well-kept condo and the owner, Jenny couldn't be nicer. It's a good location with the beach within walking distance. I wish the pool had been open. We were too early in the season. Lots to do in Sea Pines but also lots to do outside of Sea Pines. I would highly recommend!

This is our third stay at this property in 16 months. The beach and pool are easy walks and the new walkway to the beach is very nice! The condo is spacious and the owner is a delight! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Wonderful property! It was spot on as described, (they added a Keurig) and was indeed walking distance to the beach, pool, and Salty Dog. I did it with three little ones aged 3, 2, and 1. All communication between the property managers were quick and efficient. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

This condo was wonderful and just as described! Very clean and enough room for everyone. Location was great…close to ocean, pool and restaurants. I know it’s a silly thing, but I LOVED how many pillows were provided in this condo! I’ve stayed several places where they give you two small pillows per bed…not the case here! The beds were also very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back-probably my favorite place I’ve stayed on the island.

Our family trip to Hilton Head was great! I chose this unit for the size and location. The water views from the balcony were great. The beach access was a quick 2 minute walk and the boardwalk was finished while we were there making it so easy. The Salty Dog was also a 2 minute walk. Perfect location to the pool and playground which is important when you have an 18 month old to cart around. If you are looking for a place that you never need to get in the car to get to a beach, pool, playground, restaurant or general store this is it! The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating!!! 😎 Thank you!

Let me start by saying that the villa is much larger than it appears in the photos. Plenty of room for a growing family. And it is solid and quiet; I never once heard any neighbors. The kitchen was well-stocked, and beds are very comfortable. Having two king beds Was the reason we selected this villa, and we weren’t disappointed. When others have stated that the villa is “steps” away from Salty Dog…it’s true. And the tennis courts are within walking distance too. We visited in November, and the cost per car was $9 per day; max $20 for the week. Note: they only take CASH! We appreciate this place, and look forward to a return visit soon.

Sea Pines resort has beautiful tree-lined roads, perfectly manicured lawns and scrubs 🌴🌳. The condo itself is spacious and clean. I'd give it a 5 stars if there are more street lights to help with nighttime navigation.

Great place! Clean and very comfy. Loved being so close to the Salty Dog! Literally steps away. So convenient for eating and having a drink/ice cream with the family. Super close to the beach too! We loved the snacks when we entered the home. Host was very accommodating with extra towels for our family. Very nice and hope to come back here!

Perfect week in a great location! The house was clean and had all the necessities. A short walk to the beautiful beach. The Salty Dog was steps away. The owner was so helpful. We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 25 years and this was our favorite spot! We will be coming back for sure!
