Great Experience!

I love everything about the hotel! The room was really spacious and so was the bathroom! The breakfast spread was superb and had a lot of varieties. The location was accessible by car, train and very near to Bundaran HI as well. Got a lot of great restaurants, cafes and amenities nearby. Will surely comeback to this Novotel Jakarta Cikini when I'm in town. Not to forget, the hospitality provided by the staffs were also top notch, they never failed to entertain your queries with a smile. It was a really great experience for me and my family at Novotel Jakarta Cikini.

سعر + جوده وتعتبر في وسط العاصمه وكان موظفين الاستقبال ممتازين و متعاونين و مبتسمين

الموظفين في قسم المني بار المتواجدبن في الدور الارضي ( الاستقبال ) غير متعاونين و متحيزين في الخدمه ويتعمدون تجاهل العرب و تم تقديم طعام محروق بعد انتظار ساعه كامله مما يقلل تقيم الفندق

Disappointed

Room was quite okay but doesn’t get the standards of other Novotel around the world. The receptionist Caca was really efficient and friendly, we appreciated it.

Pillows are bad, toilet wasn’t that clean and breakfast is terrible, no western option at all.

One night stay in Jakarta

Big room with everything we needed. Good service from staff and nice facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of options. Overall amazing hotel for our one night in Jakarta!

Sadly not very soundproof. Breakfast, although nice, a bit on the expensive side

Nice Hotel !

I stayed more than 7 nights, the rooms are spacious & clean. The property location is ideal and hotel staff is friendly. Hotel is clean and breakfast is ok.

Check-in was very disappointing, especially night staff couldn't handle guests. Very uncomfortable and arrogant behavior of night shift front desk staff. They should get some training regarding check-in process and guests interaction. There was no welcome drink offered. Wifi connection was not that much good.

Very good

We like Cikini so the location was great. It's a pretty fancy hotel (for our standards) and everything was comfortable and as expected for this price range.

We had some issues with the shower, the drains seemed to not function properly, almost flooding our bathroom. The response wasn't wholly satisfactory (they addressed it but it didn't fix the issue) and we ended up taking short showers, which wasn't great considering it's a 4 star hotel.

Cleaning staff were shouting in front guest rooms asking whether it's okay to enter for cleaning. Should have been done differently as it wakes up other guest like me (despite my do not disturb button on) There were also hairs in toilet on my first day of checkin. Although I stayed in Non-smoking floor, it still has cigarette smell along the hallway

It’s Novotel, comfortable and clean, hospitable staffs. We will be back again for sure.

I’ve always loved staying in Novotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist staff was very kind to offer bigger room for my toddler. FYI, for the same type of room they have bigger room in the lower floor (no view) or you can choose smaller room (not that small though) but in higher floor with city view. The location is strategic, near food stalls, KFC, restaurants, and train station.

Almost none, but I do wish you could provide water dispenser. I understand the environmentally sustainable project with the refillable water jug (no plastic bottle used). But if there’s no water dispenser nearby what’s the use of it? We ended up buying drinking water in plastic bottles (sad but we had no choice). It’s just a suggestion that you might want to consider. Thank you. :)

All the interior of room (bed, etc) and hotel facilities was very good. Just to add a little bit on the drinks for breakfast in particular the juices should be a fresh fruit not the essence. thank you

I found a cockroach in the bathroom 😢the towels are old, and the operator is not responding it’s always busy that I had to carry all my bags alone when checking out because the lines are always busy.
