Good value, everything was good except the internet. Unable to stream, upload or download.

Great room and facilities. Everything was very clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Very good location.

The internet was not very good. Poor connection and slow speeds.

Great location and nice facilities but useless elevators and unhelpful receptionists

Great location in Menteng close to many good restaurants and coffee shops. Nice swimming pool and gym. Clean room and good bathroom with hot shower

The elevators are slow and very complicated to use. Some of them you have access to, and others you don’t. Some of them can take you to your floor, while others cannot. Sometimes you end up spending 20 minutes just to get to your room (or to get out of the building). The security guards are very friendly and helpful but the receptionists are not. They don’t explain things and are not helpful. You only get one key even though you stay as an entire family. The TV in the room doesn’t have any channels.

ساكرر السكن و أوصي الجميع فيه

نظافة وخدمه وموظفين ممتازين وأمان بعد الله يوجد فيه غسالة وفرن ومكرويف ومكان مريح نفسيا وموقعه قريب من كل شي وانصح بالمكان بشده وخاصه العوائل عشان الاطفال

The hotel has a nice pool and it seems that they have apartments for rent as well. There is also a supermarket, an ATM, a restaurant what makes it all very efficient. With the laundry machine included it makes the stay a nice staycation.

the placement of the AC is too close to the bed and the desk. the different elevators and different sections of rooms were pretty confusing.

the service, as the name is service apartment but the staff didn’t seem like to understand this. Since before check in, I tried to contact them in Bahasa Indonesia and didn’t really get good response even seems like they didn’t care whether as a guest I’ll be checking in okay or not, this continues until check in, when I have to wait almost 30 mins with my family and luggage outside since they don’t give clear instructions for check in, once got picked up the staff didn’t say sorry and didn’t really help with our luggage. In the check in counter they ask deposit (which no information provided in the booking page at all) and my family and I feels we’re treated differently with the way they ask the deposit (seems like the staff judge us). In the room we have problems with the TV and internet, I came down to ask for their help but they didn’t show up until an hour later (almost 11 PM when no one is actually going to watch TV or use internet) after I complain again AND THIS TIME THEY RESPONDED JUST BECAUSE I USE ENGLISH. The bathroom doesn’t have curtain so the water from the shower got splashed everywhere.

Pleasant short stay.

Room was large with front loader washing machine, nice bed with good pillows. The property was conveniently located. Shower had good pressure and was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant downstairs had nice breakfast options.

The pool was located in a different building. The reception is located on level 1 so you had to organise for someone to have you sent or send someone to meet you on the mezzanine level to be able to go to reception at L1. There are so many lifts and your key will only work for certain lifts but reception don’t explain that to you.

Superb

I've been using booking.com a lot over the past 10 years - I find this place underrated. After staying in several hotels in Jakarta, this is the one I liked the most. Breakfast is good (can't relate to the bad rating here at all), gym is awesome for a hotel gym (just a loose squat rack is missing) and rooms are very cozy (especially due to the nice lighting) The place combines all the upsides of a hotel with these of appartements

- Yes, the elevator system is a real pain in the ass. Even after figuring out how it works I found myself waiting for the main elevators for up to 5-10 minutes - reception on the first floor doesn't make sense to me. it unnecessarily complicates the check-in process. (I used their whatsapp contact for my later check-ins - that worked quite well) - AC is directed right at the bed

The room was serviced daily and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The private lift was not serviceable throughout our stay and so we used the shared lift. That lift was very slow and sometimes it took 5 to 8 minutes to get to our room from the ground floor (after calling for the lift). The bathrooms could be better.
