This lovely home on Lopez Island boasts a wrap-around porch, bay views, and plenty of space for up to eight guests.
Located in Fisherman Bay on a four-acre lot, within walking distance to Lopez Village and the marina, the entire group will find each day here will be filled with fun adventures. On the island, you can enjoy browsing art galleries, meals at delicious eateries, and more.
With its vaulted ceilings and wood-burning fireplace, the living room offers a great place to relax during vacation downtime. Watch a movie on the flatscreen TV while lounging on either of the two sofas or three chairs. Books and games are provided as well as cable, WiFi, and a DVD player so everyone can stay happily occupied.
Meals prepared in the well-stocked kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, all the major appliances, and more, can be thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family at the dining room table for six. Two more can be seated at the bar stools, or feel free to head outdoors to the gorgeous covered porch and sit at one of the patio sets while you watch the wildlife meander through the yard.
This home has a maximum occupancy of eight with the three queen bedrooms and the futon in the upstairs loft. The upstairs master bedroom has a full bathroom attached with a stand-alone shower.
Beach chairs are provided, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We loved being able to walk into town. There were two grocery stores within 5-7 minutes from the house. The evening sunsets were spectacular.
We also liked that the living room had enough seating for all 6 adults to sit around comfortably. The bedrooms were large and comfortable.
We did run out of water as the house is on a well and it had been very dry during the summer. (We were there end of August/early September.)

We loved the Sunset View house for our family of 4. The location was terrific with easy walking to the Village, and the house felt spacious and comfortable. Especially loved the view from the dining room/deck with open French doors. The resident bunnies were charming and beds were comfy. We brought sleep masks for the upstairs master bedroom which has skylights, and ended up needing to stagger showers/dishwasher due to the well water. Lopez is a rural island - which was good to keep in mind during our stay - we had a maintenance issue which was fixed the following day, and weren’t able to stream movies part of the time. All in all we loved our stay at this house!

Nice property right across the street from Village Road so right beside the main part of Lopez Village. Place is as advertised and was well organized and clean. Stayed with friends during the Tour de Lopez fund raising bike ride. I would stay here again.

We returned to this lovely house 15 years later hoping to recapture wonderful family memories on Lopez. The location and Fisherman’s Bay views from Sunset View house are still lovely, walkable to the village, and we enjoyed family time together here again. However, the house needs quite a bit of maintenance and upkeep. Screens torn, dishwasher not working, hot water tank very limited, moss and mold creeping through windows, bathrooms not cleaned, lots of wear and tear inside. The bones of the house are still wonderful, but deferred maintenance is catching up. We hope Sunset View house will sparkle again soon.

The location cannot be beat. The home is comfortable and has everything one would need including a fully stocked kitchen which came in very handy as we were cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The only thing keeping me from giving this home a 5 star review is its cleanliness. The refrigerator was dirty and under the beds it was very dusty. And the beds are very squeaky. It made it hard to sleep.

Great house, great location! The kitchen was well stocked and really fun to cook in. The porch was key that even when it rained we could have shelter and eat outside. It is a nice house for adults, but I have an 8 year old and it was great to find games, puzzles, books and movies for her to enjoy as well. We loved being near (ok across the street) from the village, the open spaced view with the changing clouds and sky was lovely. We will hopefully get to stay here again.

The house is spacious and is well stocked. The two beds downstairs are comfortable. Nobody used the upstairs bed. There are skylights with no blinds in the upstairs bedroom. Shower is excellent. Location is across from the village and it is an easy walk to town. The house is private and although it does not have the most modern decor it is still great. The natural light and the sunset views are unbeatable.

Beautiful property just across the road from Lopez Village. Perfect for a birthday weekend gathering for a group of friends. Easy walk to restaurants in town. Description is accurate, a beautiful sunset view! House was mostly clean, but the dishwasher was broken and we ended up having to hand wash many dishes. Vacasa, the property manager kindly refunded our cleaning fee and said they had scheduled a technician to look into the problem.

Super comfortable house just across the street from Blossom Grocery with beautiful view of the sunset. Big covered porch with west facing views. Private, great location, spacious. Needs some maintenance, screens have gaps, vents are dusty, blinds kind of broken upstairs. Dishwasher didn’t work. Upstairs got very hot in sunny days, should provide a few large fans (no AC) and some type of blinds for 2 large skylights in the upstairs bedroom.
Would stay there again though.

Great private location near to village. Three spacious bedrooms and spacious living area. However, the landing sleeper couch was really only big enough for 2 children and not 2 adults. Overall a great property but it could do with a bit of TLC

This location could NOT be in a better location. Right across from the village of Lopez and a brilliant view of the water. We absolutely loved staying here. The home was spacious and perfect for our family of five. We loved having the grill on the deck and the amazing view from the kitchen. Loved being able to walk to the shops and grab things for dinner. Make sure you catch the Farmers Market while your visiting. It was worth the time spent.

We felt like absolute Lopez locals staying in this clean, airy, and extremely comfortable family home. It is walking distance into the town (i.e. farmer's market, beer garden, groceries, restaurants) and just 8 minutes from the ferry terminal - was truly the perfect location for our 4 day stay on-island as first-timers. Sunsets (and sunrises) from the porch were breathtaking. We highly recommend this place as the way to experience this very special island. Cannot wait to return.

Sunset house good for families
Sunset house is within walking distance to grocery store and has view of the ocean. Saw 2 bunnies and a deer. Fully stocked kitchen with many staple dry foods in the pantry. Lovely and spacious for our family of 4, could fit more easily. Back stairway has no railing so older people should have help down.

We loved the open accommodation of the living room. dining area & kitchen. The views of the fields and water beyond were stunning. The house was clean, well equipped & functional with 2 bedrooms downstairs & one large one upstairs with a living room area for reading and. kid sleeping. We loved the resident bunnies under the shed.

Comfortable Home—Near Everything
Large spacious home, with two distinct living areas. Super comfortable, with lots of amenities. Books, games, TVs, condiments—everything you need to relax and enjoy. House was well cleaned, and heat had been turned on prior to arrival (cold winter visit). Just a block or two from the heart of town, it was well worth it. Some logs for the fireplace would have been welcomed and apart from a couple burned out lightbulbs, everything was perfect.

Love this house. Have stayed here before. But not having a working oven is unacceptable and a breech of contract. Sure hope we receive the partial refund that was requested.

This house has a large well equipped kitchen ,lots of counter space and pantry to accommodate your supplies. They leave Paper towel and toilet paper for the week as well as dish soap hand soap etc. it includes trash and recycling disposal.

Great place
This house was absolutely great, even nicer in person than in the photos. My husband and I stayed with my parents and my sister and her boyfriend (6 adults) and it was very comfortable for all of us. The view was really lovely and we liked being able to walk to town. The kitchen is large, it was a nice space for cooking big meals. Check-in/Check-out was extremely convenient. We'd definitely recommend it and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay a the Sunset View House. It definitely lived up to the description with beautiful views and a great location near town. The house is open and spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor areas to kick back and relax. With a small child I really appreciated the high chair and huge selection of DVDs.

Very pleasant stay
We really enjoyed three relaxing days here. The house has a nice open layout with a big front yard far from neighbors, with great views to the village and ocean. Our family with two kids had fun with all of the board games and easy, safe access to outdoors. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean – beds were all quite comfortable. Second floor has nice open ceilings and great views, as well. The kitchen is big and nice for cooking. Some of the cabinets and pots and pans could have used a bit more cleaning, and the oven was not working. The deck is great for outdoor dining, however needs an umbrella to block the great deal of afternoon sunlight. Location is walkable to the village, which has grocery stores, bakery, farmer’s market, several small restaurants/cafes, bike rentals, etc. We had beautiful blue summer skies and clear amazing star filled evenings, making for a wonderful stay.
