About this house rental
Deep water lot, (depth matters) on Lake Keowee with Double dock, tons of entertaining space, a 3-tiered landscaped backyard, including a firepit, this is a great Family retreat. On the main level, the great room and kitchen/dining room are open. Two king bedrooms on the main floors. On the lower level, great room, with min fridge, Shuffleboard, foosball table, outdoor ping pong and a sit down two-person pac- man game, with an additional 60 games, and board games! 1 queen and a bunk room with 2 doubles and 2 single. Outside on a rack near the water are 2 paddleboards, a canoe, and two double kayaks to use with the rental. Fully equipped house with bath towels and linens included! Plenty of parking, and also 4 comfy couches to sleep on if you have extra guests! 4 bedroom/ 3 full baths. Our boat is in the middle dock but you can tie up on either side. Gas grill with propane outside! 2 night minimum!

Overall our stay was pleasant. Some areas show a need for some reconditioning but overall those areas didnt outweigh the great that came along. We canoed and fished from the dock, we swam in the clear water of the lake. The fire put area was great and being able to grill was good too. The cookware in the kitchen met the need. There were a few things that could be improved: living room tv had no network connectivity, the cornhole bags were not complete or at least we couldnt locate the full set, the cookware was badly worn down, the ps3 got the kids excited but no joysticks worked, the lighting in the bathroom at the top of the steps was very dim. Again, none of these minor things detracted from the experience. They were all "nice to haves" that would have pushed this proper more towards an elite status. Overall, excellent stay!

My family enjoyed the stay and overall was a positive experience. The outside fire pit and landscaping is nice. The upper deck on the dock is perfect to watch the sun rise. I would suggest an exterminator to spray inside and out. . The deck has a lot of black ants and with small children we had to be careful. They could take care of spider webs in the screened in porch as well. The lighting downstairs has quite a few ceiling lights out. Overall we enjoyed our stay

House was great, Deborah was a great host. Lake view and dock were so much fun. The kayaks and paddle boards could have used a good cleaning and some new paddles, but great otherwise fine.

We came down for Thanksgiving weekend and spent Thanksgiving at Deborah's house. We had the best thanksgiving! Her house was stocked with everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner, this was not expected but a wonderful surprise. She knew we were coming down for a special family weekend and she went out and bought more fishing rods for the kids to use.
The place was beautiful and the lake was calm and peaceful. Outstanding view from the deck with coffee.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would stay here again... Maybe next time in summer where we can swim in the lake not just kayak.

The location was great and the house was perfect for two families w boys! They loved swimming off the dock and using all of the kayak/paddle boards…and the bottom floor of the house was perfect to entertain them once the sun went down! Thanks for a great weekend at the lake!

Three generations had a wonderful weeklong stay at this property. The kids enjoyed everything from the games downstairs to the kayaks and paddle boards outside. Very convenient spot to restaurants and marinas on the lake as well. Beautiful view from the deck!! We took full advantage of everything offered and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for our annual family vacation. Location was perfect, house was loaded with everything needed for fun for all ages. There are two separate gathering spaces - the lower level kept the kids entertained when we weren’t on the water. Plenty of parking spaces for two boat trailers and several cars. Outside space is beautiful and offers lots of options - deck space, dock space, covered area with ping pong, fire-pit and shoreline access. House was very clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Our family really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely rent again!

The description of this property was spot on! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials that you need, and then some! The addition of the kayaks and paddle boards was a huge hit! I highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying here again!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. It is a beautiful home with a huge backyard and incredible lake view. The basement area is amazing with 4 bunk beds (two of which are full size) and a separate guest room and full bath. Upstairs is a master with a full bath and another guest room with full bath. We had a multi generation college graduation celebration for my daughter along with my 87 year old father. The kitchen had everything you could need with tons of plates, glasses, etc. There are two separate family relaxing rooms - one on main floor and one in basement. And the basement is filled with games - foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, jenga, board games - and a sit down video game with Galaga and other games (could not get my husband away from this) Thank you to our wonderful host Deborah who communicated with us beforehand extensively. It was an amazing visit, and we wish our daughter was staying to get a master's so we could rent it again!

House was perfect. Three adults and seven teenagers… Great porch. Great location on the lake. We had terrible weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the actual lake but it was peaceful being there.

Beautiful quiet cove location with immaculate lakefront yard. Perfect home layout for our two families of 5, very well appointed kitchen too! Kids and adults both loved the downstairs games/ping pong. The fire pit was also a hit as we were lucky with slightly cooler weather for s’mores roasting.
The double dock was also great, although definitely could use some tlc as there are def a few boards with splintering… but it didn’t discourage any fun. Would def book again

Perfect Waterfront Location
Our family of 12 had a wonderful time. The Dujardin’s Waterfront home is in a great spot and my grandchildren love jumping off the upper deck of the dock. The Dujardins include water items for your use. Others places we have stayed do not. The landscaping is beautiful. This place provides everything we need for our stay. Love it here! This was our 2nd time renting this home. Always wish we could stay longer! The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly.

Great Lake House!
This was our second time to rent this lake house. It’s a comfortable home for 10 and the grandchildren love the bunk room and basement/game room. The backyard landscaping and fire pit area is beautiful with seating for 11. This house has two two-man kayaks, two kid kayaks, two paddle boards and a canoe, something for everyone. The house is located in a secluded cove so we didn’t have to worry about boats or jet skis. The house is also close to stores and restaurants. We plan to visit this great lake house again!

Despite some uncooperative weather we had a great time. There were enough "toys" in the house to entertain the kids when we couldn't go out and when we could get out the lake was great.

Delightful family lake trip
The house is nicely decorated and most comfortable, with many different spaces to get together in groups or to chill on one's own. We especially enjoyed the kayaks, the paddleboards, the swing, and the ping pong table. The space between the house and the water is beautifully landscaped. The view of the lake is lovely.

The location was great! We had two families (6+5) and there was room for all. The kids LOVED the dock and fun games, they've already asked to come back. I appreciated the recommendations by the owner & she was helpful when I asked questions. We would love to return & stay again.

Fun house
We had a group of business men staying for a 2 day meeting and we used this house as overflow for the younger guys. They thoroughly enjoyed shooting pool and the rest of the house.

Long weekend with kids
Great place. Location on the lake is awesome. Not too much boat traffic but still in an open area. House is conveniently located near Seneca - 5-10 minutes to almost everything. Lots of games: ping pong, foose ball, arcade, shuffle board for kids. Will stay here again. Thanks.

Work Gitls'' Trip!
Six of us- ages range 56-23, and all had wonderful time here! beautiful view of lake. Excellent amenities. Home feels extremely comfortable from time you walk in. We especially enjoyed the fire pit! Home is close proximity to Yellow Branch Falls hiking trail and Chattooga Belle Farm winery/distillery. Highly recommend this home.

Another wonderful experience!
This is our 2nd time staying in this beautiful home. Deborah has successfully provided a place for relaxing and lake fun :-) My husband and I enjoyed fishing from the dock and the kayaks that were available for use. The house itself is so comfortable and tastefully decorated. We can't wait to go back!

Comfortable home w/games, landscaping & amazing dock
We greatly enjoyed our time at the Dujardins! The inside of the home has a very well equipped kitchen, was clean and comfortable, and has an awesome basement den and bar area with a wide variety of games. The view from the deck as well as the patio is beautiful, and the stonework in the landscaping is stunning. Our favorite areas were the fire pit and the two-tiered dock (reclining chairs and table on dock deck in the sun!). We were pleasantly surprised to find not only the paddle boards, kids kayaks and canoe, but also two adult kayaks! They all got a lot of use and we are now addicted to SUPs! The deck and patio could use a bit of tidying and updates, and the yard could use some weeding, but that didn't affect our enjoyment of the place. The gas grill leaked enough that we couldn't get it really hot, but this was mentioned to the owner so will presumably be dealt with. We are typically used to more seclusion, so it was initially a bit disappointing to see that a new home has been built directly next door to the left (in posted photos it wasn't built yet). The area is pretty heavily populated and you won't find much in the way of natural/undisturbed areas to explore by kayak, however things were very quiet during the week. We would definitely return!
