Very good location. Our employee was working at the theatre, so it suited perfectly.
I booked this apartment wanting a luxury stay for our employee/performer and was quite disappointed. Although the flat was fine, the communal areas were not as nice as the photos. Having to collect keys a ten minute walk away is not ideal at all.

Excellent location
nothing

the location, was good
It was dingy and groggy smell really bad walking through the corridors the bed was really uncomfortable

location was good and it was an ok property but I wouldn’t call it luxury
it did the job but wasn’t worth the money
beds and pillows were horrendous
no lifts so had to hog a very heavy suitcase up lots of stairs
beds were awful
and had to go to a taxi stand in opposite direction to collect keys who was very rude
still waiting on my security deposit to be returned also

Nice apartment. The staff were responsive when contacted via message or phone.
No lift. Had to carry buggy and belongings upstairs. Main photo shows swimming pool, gym and spa etc but we couldn’t use the facilities as small print said book 48 hours in advance and opening times were not practical for a family with kids. I.e. when the kids are in bed, the facilities are closed. Plus only 1 hour slot doesn’t really leave time for a workout and spa session. Had to chase up code to collect keys and chase up refund for deposit. The limitations on the leisure facilities were really disappointing: the facilities were a key reason for our stay for us to have some ‘me’ time in the evening but that simply wasn’t possible. Lots of small print. Small amount of damage to property on arrival but nothing major.

We did our breakfast with limited cutlery
There was 4 adults who stayed at this apartment.
1. Could have done with another 2 seater settee
2. Had one desert spoon for 4 people
3.Three forks
4. Also could do with a lift my sister has heart problems she struggled with the stairs
5.half a toilet roll for 4 people of again host have brought a pack of 4
6. Only 2 sets of towels instead of 4 again this was rectified

It was very bad and awful smell in building. Disgusting

The apartment was well equipped and fine.
While the apartment itself was good and met all expectations, the circumstances around the rental were unacceptable. Pick up of keys from a taxi stand a twelve minute walk away and very uncomfortable. Complex procedure for the £100 deposit (no cash payment possible). Then waited two weeks for the refund of the deposit and received it back only as a result of permanent calls and e-mails.

The apartment was fine. The lounge and kitchen area were big and open plan. It was nice inside. We were not issued enough towels and Dee kindly delivered extra towels. The gym area was lovely.
We struggled to get the keys. We drove for five hours and arrived about an hour early. We messaged the hosts. We had to sit inside a hot car and wait for an access code to get the key. Accommodation is really student accommodation. Two flights of stairs (no lift) to lug heavy suitcases up to the room. The hallways smelt rank, they were really bad. The room was nice but everything felt grubby and needed a proper clean. Not enough spoons, knives and forks. Can be noisy on the weekends as they have pubs across the road which emitted quite a lot of noise. The photo of the apartment shows a pool. The pool was locked. We asked the hosts and the housekeeper for access to the pool and they never got back to us.

I would have liked key information further in advance - but it was fine as a service goes

Not clear enough that you had to book to use facility’s to use them and that was main reason in booking the apparent

The apartment was clean and spacious. The facilities are good and accessible. Staff were on point when we had any issues or struggles. Nice area, quiet, nice walk from the city centre
Picking up keys from another location, extra towels could've been provided for the facilities (swimming). There's no lifts so carrying large bags/suitcases up and down was tiring! The pool area could've been cleaned looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days - it was bearable.

Location was the only good thing.
Room windows didnt close properly which invited the wind.
Shower not poweful enough which was horiible.
Bad smell in the room and corridor. Sauna not working.
2.9
the gym was handy.
the smell of bins in the hallway. the building fire alarm went off 3 nights in a row… one night multiple times. the man who lived opposite was at one point screaming at something the top of his voice for hours.

Clean and comfortable. Spacious. We could control the temperature well. Central location. Excellent pool.
Collecting key and returning key from a local taxi office situated 5 min drive away.

Very nearer to property and my travel destination thats railways station
I would say nothing.

Central location, large kitchen dining area.
The stairs (honestly, not that bad, but tough with luggage). The flat was well cleaned but the paintwork is now looking scuffed and tired and locks are missing on some windows.

Location is okay
The word LUXURY is overstated, the apartment is spacious however there's no luxury feels to it.
We found that the cutlery in the drawers are dirty,
NO extra toilet rolls provided, the one provided in the toilet 80% used and very thin.
NO washing up liquid provided,
It wasn't explained on property description that there were no elevator, we feel that this is useful information,
The windows are not soundproofed, early Sunday morning was particularly noisy,
Wine glass has wine stain on it (we do not drink alcohol anyway, but to have it presented to us on the dining table did not feel "luxury"),
It will be useful to list what is provided, and what is not, so guests can bring their own supplies (e.g. Eggs, Sweetener, Pepper, Bread, toilet paper etc.)
Usually when we book through booking.com or airbnb, security deposit is taken on payment via these websites. However we were requested to pay security deposit separately via bank transfer.
Booking.com need to use different sign for FREE PARKING, and PARKING at EXTRA COST.
Overall, we do not feel welcomed.
