The owner has done a great job thinking of all amenities a guest could need. Pool table and basement are great for children or teens.
The outdoor pool is across the street but be aware that it is small and gets crowded quickly.

Beautifully appointed and spacious, with a large kitchen! Great front porch with plenty of rockers and a picnic table. Lovely flower boxes. Best game room ever, enjoyed by all of the family. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Within a mile of a trolley stop to avoid driving downtown. Great hosts who check in and accommodate special requests and are sensitive to guests. Lovely pool that everyone enjoyed. Gail is an awesome host. Felt like I was visiting a dear friend. Look forward to a return visit.

Gale is very attentive and wants to make sure your experience is nothing but exceptional. From the moment we booked the cabin months ago until the moment we locked the door our expectations were exceeded. The cabin is located in a great location just off the main drive. The location is perfect for being close to town but close enough out to have quiet evenings on the porch. The beds are comfortable and the accommodations are just as expected. We hope to return soon and it looks like family Christmas adventures will now move from Texas to Tennessee.

I can't say enough about this beautiful home!! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this property. The home itself is located in a beautiful setting with other cabins nearby, but there is almost complete privacy. The home was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for...and more. Gail was fantastic to work with from start to finish, and kept us informed throughout the stay. The location is a short drive to The Strip in Gatlinburg and just a little further to Pigeon Falls. Very close to the Arts and Crafts community and a Food City nearby for groceries.
We loved everything about our stay. Thank you Gail!!

From the moment we booked The Summit, Gail was in touch and ensured everything was going well for us. The cabin itself was beautiful and the location was amazing. The views were stunning. Having two preteen kiddos with us made the easy access to the pool perfect for us. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Thank you, Gail and Morse for sharing your home with us! It was a much needed time for relaxing and breathing the fresh air. Seeing the bear cubs was an added bonus for us! Thank you again!!!

The summit cabin is a great get away. The 4 bedrooms, each with king size beds, were the PERFECT accommodations for us and our friends. The front porch is the perfect spot to rock, relax, and reconnect. Gayle is great to work with and so accommodating. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax.

Our family of 6 and our 11 pound dog traveled to Gatlinburg for a basketball tournament. The cabin was just lovely and felt like home. The porch was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and when the blender didn't work Gail made sure to get one delivered that same day. She was very responsive and took the time and effort to understand the needs of our family for our stay. She was a delight to work with and I feel like we are old friends after staying there. I truly feel like she was sharing her home with us. We had 2 large vehicles that we were able to park right in front of the cabin. There was no extra room but we got them parked!! The location was great to get to our games at Rocky Top, go shopping downtown, and go hiking. This was hands down the best experience I've had in Gatlinburg.

We were happy with this place even before we opened the door! The wrap around porch with chairs to seat everyone, a bistro table and picnic table as well as a hot tub made us linger for a while before we opened the door. The cabin was welcoming as well with the 3 large comfortable bedrooms and pull out sofa to make everyone feel like they had a cozy spot. We made several meals in the very well appointed kitchen! We definitely would like to come back to this beautiful mountain cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our combined family trip. We had 4 adults, 3 teens, and a 9 year old. The pool table and TV room was perfect for the teens while us adults enjoyed the quiet upstairs and porch view of the mountains. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and working coffee pot. The location was convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, a really nice grocery store, and the national park. Everything was clean, and I liked the king beds in all rooms. Compared to other rentals, the bathrooms were small but perfect for our needs. Our host was very personable checking in on us and giving recommendations. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others.

Summit Cabin is a great place to stay in Gatlinburg. It is so convenient to town, grocery store and restaurants. Morse and Gail have thought of everything you might need. The kitchen is stocked so well and the appliances are first class. The bedrooms were perfect, very comfortable beds in all 4 rooms. We loved the front porch and all the rockimg chairs. We spent a lot of time on the porch and even saw a bear come waddling down the hill by the kitchen window. We couldn't have ask for anything better!!

Our first time to Gatlinburg was a hit! Summit is nestled in the mountains, so we felt like we were in our own little paradise, yet it was just a quick 5-minute drive to the heart of the action.
Our hosts were wonderful and the home was spotless! The photos and description were spot-on. We had every amenity we could have imagined - and more. We especially appreciated the plentiful outlets and labels on everything.
Will definitely plan a longer visit in the future.

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! We have rented many vacation homes over the years but this one felt like home from the moment we arrived. Gail goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are staying with a friend! She checks in with you prior to and after arrival to make sure everything is ok. The cabin is beautiful, extremely clean and filled with every amenity you could need during your stay! Gail even left a Summit cabin bear for our 3 year old granddaughter! Location was perfect. Close to downtown but hidden away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms on the main floor with only a few steps to climb made it perfect for my mother who uses a walker. We had a great time and enjoyed the house so much! The next time we get over to Gatlinburg we hope to stay there again!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in the Gatlinburg area over Spring Break, and our stay at the Summit Cabin was wonderful. Gail was so wonderful and helpful anytime I had a question for her before and during our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and was kid friendly, which was great considering we have 3 granddaughters! We look forward to our next trip to the mountains, we’d definitely recommend this home for a family visit to the Great Smoky Mountains.

Staying at the summit cabin was perfect. We had a group of 12; 6kids and 6adults. The cabin itself was cute and clean ! All adults had their own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room area was the perfect size for our group to gather for meals or just to hang out. The pool was a short distance from our porch. We could see the mountains from the porch and kitchen. We even got to see bear! We knew there was a chance to see them but didn’t realize we would actually see one close by. It was a nice spring break getaway- minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Gail was sweet and easy to work with - I was able to text her with questions and she was always very helpful. This is a great place to stay!
