Nice house in the mountains. Lots of entertainment at the house for kids of all ages! Beautiful porches for nights sitting on the porch talking to friends. Would love to make it a yearly tradition!

the property was clean, everything worked as it should. We had 14 family members and we all were very comfortable. The only thing was the pool was in construction due to a storm had done some damage to it. I didn't know this before we arrived. We never found the other pool.

Very spacious property! We had 12 in our group. The bedroom on the main floor was perfect for my elderly dad and his wife. The ensuite bathroom was so big, we stored extra items in there! The 2 bedrooms upstairs were huge as well as the shared bathroom. The downstais was perfect for my 4 grandchildren with a TV, lots of seating, pool table and other games to play. The bedroom with the bunkbeds was perfect for the kids! The other bedroom and bathroom was nice, since we had such a large group.
Overall, it was very rustic and fit out family well!

This was the perfect place to hang out with friends and enjoy Gatlinburg

The property is spacious and quiet. Checking in and out was easy as pie. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace was fantastic. We made use of the hot tub every night and the kids LOVED the game room. I highly recommend this property!

house full of teenagers and adults had a great time. very convenient to downtown gatlinburg, 2 minutes from rocky top sportsplex, and everything as described.

Our family absolutely loved our time here. The game room downstairs was a huge hit and where my three boys lived the whole time we were at the cabin. The location is so convenient to anything you want to do in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals and have fun! The only downside is not having the beautiful views and having neighbors close by. But we would definitely stay here again and possibly invite more friends to join us next time. There is so much room and plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate two families. Communication was great and quick when we needed to reach out to the owner. I highly recommend this cabin as a great getaway!!

Great cabin in a set back neighborhood

This cabin was a great find! Kitchen was fully stocked to cook. Plenty of space to sit together for meals and games. Convenient to shopping and both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Owner was responsive whenever we had questions. Overall a great stay, especially for folks that aren’t used to traveling. We would stay here again in the future!

This cabin is very spacious and cozy great place to be for a getaway very convenient to get to everything we had one slight problem with the water but maintenance came and fixed it right away with no problems. I definitely will be booking this one again
4.7
Great place to stay. Had one minor issue when the oven's heating element failed; owners had it replaced the following morning. Thanks!

Nice place with good amenities for all ages. Close to grocery store and things to do. Very nice host.

We needed a large place to stay for our granddaughter’s wedding. Very pleased with this cabin. We were disappointed when we went to get the 1 free ticket to an attraction. I feel their marketing is deceptive. This in no way reflects on the cabin’s owner. It’s the company that offers these “freebies”. We will definitely use this cabin for any other events where the whole family comes.

Everything perfect ,thank you for letting us stay here and just make some memories with this beautiful home,me and my family will plan to for sure come back to this home thank you for everything

Cabin was perfect for my family. Spacious and homey. I was very disappointed in the pool situation however. It is not really walkable, and who wants to drive after they are wet from a pool. Plus pool was small. (The 1 time we went there was already a family of 6 there and it felt crowded so we skipped it. ). I think the cleaning fee was outrageous and the cleaners dont do a great job for the money. The vents were VERY dirty and there were spiderwebs in some spots.(which is more understandable being in the woods, but the vents , not so much excusable). The beds were comfortable, and I REALLY appreciated that they were king and queen size beds. BONUS points!. (Lets be realistic, 2 adults cant sleep comfortable in a double). A ceiling fan in the bunk room would have been a plus, but we used the provided box fan. The bath fan downstairs didn't work at all so that was a drawback to get all that moisture into the house, but again, not a deal breaker.
Hot tub access was great! And having a grill was essential. We didn't need anything extra for the kitchen, (other than food, papertowels, and soap) it had all the needed cooking tools. There was enough room at the table for the 8 of us.
It was overall a great stay. I would recommend!

Overall the cabin may need some minor repairs but we had plenty of space and loved the extras the company includes like the playstation and pool. Minor things included some holes in the doors, worn out kitchen supplies, broken drawers and missing remote in the downstairs bunk bed room.
Unfortunately we had some rowdy neighbors who didnt abide by the 10pm quiet time but other then that we enjoyed the cabin!

Our family had a wonderful stay! My brother was diagnosed with leukemia in April, so after treatments and getting wonderful news that it is in remission we were able to take a long weekend away. This cabin was perfect for the size of our family. The children loved the hot tub, pool table and games. We had a wonderful time at the pool! It is a very quick drive to Gatlinburg! Staying at this cabin was just what our family needed!

Had a great time with family during our week there. The house is very large, comfortable beds in every room. The bunk room having queen size bunks was a big factor for us with lots of tall teens and young adults. The living and family rooms were great for gathering with lots of comfortable seating. The back decks are set in the trees feeling like you're in a tree house.
My only negative feedback is the floors on the main level weren't cleaned very well by the cleaning company but we found a mop and made it work
The kitchen work area is a bit small for several people to work in at the same time but we had smaller groups assigned to prepare each meal so it worked out for us.
There's a large table in the kitchen and a smaller table in the living room that aren't shown in the pictures that made for plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat.

We stayed for a Volleyball tournaments, arrived Friday night left Sunday Morning. Didn’t really stay long enough to rate.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The kids were very excited about everything, from the layout of the house to the hot tub. Although they expected a pool, but got over that once we explored the area. We would definitely return..

We came to climb Mt LeConte. Coming off of lessons of mountains and men form the bible.
Mission acomplished

I loved this cabin! It’s exactly as pictured, and is very spacious. Everything was clean inside with a beautiful scenery! I would definitely stay again.
4.7
We really enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing and the house was very homey!!

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The location was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. All was good with the house but wished the view was somewhat better.

3 families met in TN for Thanksgiving and stayed in this great cabin. The location is perfect! It's a short distance to Anakeesta or Ober Mountain, both places we visited while there. It was spacious enough to easily accommodate all the kids and adults, with plenty of bathrooms and beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and all 3 balconies, as well as cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. It's fully stocked with everything you need, but I don't recommend trying to cook that many dishes at once in one oven. ha! The cousins had a blast playing pool and holding tournaments on the PS downstairs. We plan to return to Gatlinburg!
4.7
I enjoyed my stay here, location was great especially to Anakeesta. Spacious but not as clean as it should have been and late check in.

We loved this property for the most part. Loved being close to town but still surrounded by woods. The place could use a few minor updates but overall was a good place to stay. We will look into renting it again when we go back. One of the toilets was leaking when we arrived and I contacted the management about it and they sent someone over immediately. Luckily it was a simple fix and all was well. The management team handled it beautifully.
4.7
Noisy neighbors. Didn’t know there was a car show in town. Not sure what kind of cars . Set really low and extremely loud. Kinda disappointed in the Gatlinburg Police . Must have been some noise ordinance violation.
4.7
Great time in the Smoky Mountains, cabin was awesome. Easy access to Gatlinburg and various hikes in the National park. Evenings were great with the grill and the hot tub.

Five star 🌟 Love the stay, The only thing I wish they had a blender
4.7
Proper was clean, we did not have any problems with anything. Enjoyed that property was big enough that the whole family could enjoy being together and yet have separate areas also.
4.7
The place was ok but the jacuzzi was so slimey dirty we could not use it. The place could be cleaner.
4.7
We had a great time at this property. The kids loved it. The manager was very responsive. My deposit was promptly returned. We will use it again when we return.
4.7
We had a great time in a great cabin. You really get a feel for the quality of the management company when something needs attention and gets fixed right away. The gas grill had problems getting hot as one of the burners was not working. The maintenance team responded right away and eventually replaced the gas grill with a new one. It is highly likely our family reunion will return next summer.

We had 11 people including kids. This cabin is in a great location and a decent neighborhood. It is quite spacious and we had plenty of room.
The poor maintenance of this cabin is quite apparent. On arrival, the entire bottom floor carpet was wet from shampooing and felt humid and musty and was unusable for us on day 1. The bunk room light was inoperable- the property manager quickly had someone come out to install lamps in the room. The showers on levels 2 and 3 leaked into the other floors from the ceilings when someone was in a shower. This is a sign of absolute neglect by whomever maintains this property. I would hate to see just how much mold and mildew is hiding in the ceilings and walls. This is a huge health hazard. There is a large HEPA air filter in the game room that helped. The ice machine in the kitchen sprayed crushed ice everywhere when the dispense button was used. The pool table is very unlevel and all we could do was joke that it was a handicap for the better players. Also, there was no chalk for the ques- a small issue to most, but a big deal for a group really looking forward to shooting some pool.
On the plus side the beds were clean and comfortable, the A/C kept us nice and cool, and parking right outside the door was very convenient. The property manager was professional, readily available, and communication was very quick. I admittedly did not lodge all these complaints as I found them because I didn't want to spend my vacation worrying about these issues. It's not my job to inspect dwellings while I'm trying to spend time with my family. We spent our days in town and it was adequate as sleeping quarters for us.
If you decide to rent this, just be aware it's biggest advantage is location near town. It is perfectly fine if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep and eat. Have the property manager's number handy and report and ask questions about anything ASAP. They are not proactive in catering to guests, but do respond quickly to complaints.
Do not rent this cabin if you plan to spend an appreciable amount of time inside. Overall, I personally would not stay here again and would gladly pay a few more dollars for a better, cleaner cabin. Perhaps this is just the standard for the area (our first trip here) and I'm too particular, but I work hard for my money and expected a better experience. I truly don't understand how this place has such a high rating - maybe it was just bad luck and timing.

When we walked in it was about 85 degrees in the house. Floors were filthy, the floors made your feet black. The top floors shower would leak into the 2nd floor bathroom, and the 2nd floor shower would leak into the basement bathroom. We couldn’t find one dust pan. There was a flash eyelash on the desk downstairs (2nd level) and it wasn’t from us, so we felt like the cleaning people didn’t clean at all. The garbage is full outside. There is dust all over the house. Beautiful house, but could have been cleaned and maintained better.
