They run the Hotel on Skeleton Staff Room was clean, Air conditioning remote didn’t work, no Bathroom Light Paint peeling of the walls in the Bathroom

Close to the airport and the staff were nice

The room was by far the worst I’ve stayed in. Firstly I had a family of cockroaches in my bathroom (3 to be precise). Secondly there was blood on the single bed, one of the bath towels and the bath mate. Thirdly the whole room smelled terribly. Fourthly the bathroom was in ruins and need maintenance. Lastly there was hair everywhere. I know it was $100 but come on. Please put air fresheners in the rooms. Put hand towels, wash washer and non bloody stuff out. Fix the bathroom, eg the toilet roll holder, the side of the shower is rusty very rusty. Vacuum the place, if I need to sweep us someone else’s hair then that’s not good enough.

Paid $100 online for my hotel room then went to the reception desk where I had to pay another $100 even tho I had already booked and paid for my room

Close to the airport GOOD M,EALS

Stayed here many times now and would not stay anywhere else in Gladstone .The Hotel is right there and you can walk into the top rated restaurant under a covered walkway from your room.

This is the perfect place to stay in Gladstone it is part of R G's Hotel and has some of the best food in town from your room yo can walk in the side door of the hotel Have diner and a drink and not have to drive or hire a taxi

Easy to find location

The room we stayed in were run down and need a spruce up, toilet roll holder feel off the wall and we were unable to then use the toilet paper in holder had to open spare roll that was sitting on top of toilet system. Air conditioning needs upgrade.

Breakfast was amazing. Location great.
