Negril, Jamaica is a laid-back paradise with 7 miles of perfect beach and the Irie attitude of the friendly, Jamaican folks. Known as Seven Mile Beach, the Negril shoreline is among the most beautiful in Jamaica. This long stretch of powdery white sand and verdant green palm trees dips gently into the calm turquoise water. On the west end of the beach, the cliffs begin with the Negril lighthouse marking the westernmost point of Jamaica. It's relaxing to swim along Negril's tranquil coast, which is filled with tropical fish and marine life. You can explore the bounty of the tropical waters with a snorkeling mask and flippers or rent a glass bottom boat to give you a tour of the reefs.
Located just west of Jamaica's famous Montego Bay, Negril remains delightfully less developed, without the busy traffic and shopping malls that define other famous tourist destinations. It is easy to walk around town without the use of an automobile, though most people find their gait has slowed to a pleasing stroll after a few days in Negril. In the evening, the irie vibes pick up, as Negril's main strip of restaurants and bars is filled with jovial visitors enjoying the warm island night.
Most that come to Negril spend their time relaxing on the beach and hanging out with other vacationers, or their families at the many laid-back cafes, restaurants, and bars along the waterfront, or on the cliffs. However, disappointment is certainly not an option, with the varieties of activities available in Negril. Here, you'll find plenty of tour operators offering parasailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and snorkeling gear.
In addition to Seven Mile Beach, Negril offers a number of other attractions:
-Bloody Bay Beach: Although you may never grow tired of Negril's main beach, it is still worth a trip to this lovely and secluded shore.
-Long Bay Beach Park: Another beautiful yet quiet stretch of sand near Negril, Long Bay Beach Park provides a lovely respite to the energy on Seven Mile Beach.
-Royal Palm Reserve: Take a walk along the wooden boardwalks in this beautiful 300-acre wildlife preserve where you might spot a large Jamaican crocodile - The beautiful birds!
-Booby Cay: Book a charter to take you out to this small but beautiful island, located just off the coast of Negril.
-Rhodes Hall Plantation: Outside Negril, this former plantation is a great place to learn about Jamaica's colonial past, as well as a nice site for horseback riding. Experience the horseback ride in the ocean!
-Have an enjoyable evening on the Ricks Cafe, on the West End Road.

We loved our stay! The location is great and the property had everything we needed. The bathroom is pristine and the shower is heavenly. Well-equipped kitchen, which was important for us so we could cook our own meals. The supermarket downstairs is brand new and the prices are very competitive. Just a short walk through downtown Negril to the beach. Highly recommend, and we will definitely book again.

It was the first time for my wife and I to go to Jamaica and Negril was the perfect spot to end our trip! This property was located close to town and 7 mile beach. The complex was under renovation but that didn't bother us at all. There was a brand new grocery store and restaurant as well. Our host was amazing as there were some issues from time to time. The staff around the resort were also very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely be back!

Great Price!
Room was great, good neighbors, grocery store down stairs, taxis ready when you come out and yhey know some goid places like Ivan's Bar :) nice view of the ocean from the front of the building. Felt safe inside. It is a walk to get to 7 mile beach. Pool was not useable and property is in need of repair. GOOD NEWS! Owners of Couples is already doing construction so things will get much better.

Bon logement
Logement agréable, bien équipé. Un peu sombre, mais assez frais. Une petite terrasse agréable bien qu'assez peu intime.
Je recommande.

COZY, CONVENIENT, & QUIET
The property is located conveniently near the beach and a quick walk up to the cliffs. Near 2 grocery stores and several nearby restaurants. Jennifer the owner was very quick to respond to any needs from pre-check process, inquires during the week to see how things were going, any questions we may have, and the easy checkout procedure. Next time traveling to Negril, I will definitely check for availability.

Great place!
We loved our stay in this adorable condo. Inside it was cozy and clean and outside it was safe and in a great location. Every morning we walked the 10 minutes to the beach (you can see the water from the condo but it's the "cliff" part of the beach - meaning it's rocky and not sandy so it's just a short walk to the sandy part. You access the beach via the far side of the community market) and then walked another mile or two up the beach to our favorite hang out place (Woodstock-free beach chairs, cheap drinks, reggae music). At the end of the day we either walked home or stayed on the beach and had dinner. We loved having the little kitchen, we made breakfast and packed lunch every day. It was also nice having air conditioning and WIFI in the condo.
At night we taxi'd back and forth from the beach area for just $3 per person.
Jennifer, the owner, was responsive, polite, friendly and eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been us noticing the document posted in the condo below the TV with instructions on how to turn on the hot water and other condo specific instructions (we went down to the office to ask about the hot water so we figured it out) that we didn't find until we were checking out. We also couldn't find any extra toilet paper or paper towels but the place is in the same shopping center as the grocery store so we ran down and bought some.
The spiral stair case was my favorite feature. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. It was perfect for the two of us.
