מקום מושלם לבטן גב,

הארוחות היו מגוונות ועשירות, השירות היה טוב, הכל זמין.

לא היה ניתן להכנס לבריכה. אבל זה קשור למזג האוויר . בתקופה הזו של סוף אוקטובר כבר לא ניתן להיכנס לאף בריכה

Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστείς. Καταπληκτικό φαγητό, μεγάλη ποικιλία και διαφορετικά φαγητά καθημερινά. Μπουφέ που συνεχώς το ξανά γέμιζαν. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Καθημερινή αλλαγή πετσετών, καθάρισμα του δωματίου. Μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις.

Κατώτερο των προσδοκιών μας . Ξεχασμένο στο χρόνο.

Ευγενέστατο και πρόσχαρο προσωπικό.

Το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται επειγόντος ριζική ανακαίνιση και αναβάθμιση στο 2024! Κάναμε προπληρωμένη κράτηση για 3 βράδια ! Αναχωρήσαμε μετά το 2ο βράδυ το πρωί. Μας δώθηκε αναπηρικό δωμάτιο πιθανά λόγω πληρότητας - high season. Ως εκ τούτου η ντουζίερα με την τουαλέτα ήταν ενιαίος χώρος , χωρίς διαχωριστικό γυαλί ή έστω κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα μετά από κάθε μπάνιο να πλημμυρίζουν τα πάντα. Επίσης το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στο ύψος της πισίνας , χωρίς επαρκή τεχνητό φωτισμό και με ένα παράθυρο με θέα την πισίνα , το οποίο αν άνοιγες σε είχαν θέα όλοι οι λουόμενοι. Εξωτερικές καλωδιώσεις για τα φωτιστικά , χωρίς μπρίζες στα κομοδίνα για φόρτιση κινητών κτλ , χωρίς toilettries , έντομα στα δωμάτια , άβολο στρώμα με ένα απλό λεπτό σεντόνι για να σκεπαστείς. Μέτριο φαγητό , αναμενόμενο όμως για το all-inclusive. Χωρίς επαρκές parking για την χωρητικότητά του. Δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην αξιολόγηση του Booking.

אחלה מלון ואחלה תמורה לכסף

מלון נעים יפה מרווח, מאוד מתאים לילדים. הצוות מאוד נעים ועוזר. האוכל לא רע בשביל הכל כלול ויש מבחר אבל עדיין אוכל של מלון. יש כל הזמן שתייה (כולל אלכוהול), טוסטים, סנדוויצ'ים, סלט, צ'יפס וגלידות. הכל בנדיבות. יש פעילויות בבריכה והמקום שקט גם כשיש מוזיקה. יש הפעלות לילדים גם בערב.

אמנם יש מגוון ונדיבות באוכל אבל הטעם יכול להיות טוב יותר.

Not a good choice

The garden with many flowers and aromatic plants. The view with the sea.

Îs not a 4 stars hotel,maybe 3,the rooms needs all a renovation they are old and spoiled. Many mouschitos and ants în the room and al the areas. Food and drinks are poor quality.Juices for kids from the Machines full of chimicals, no bottle beer and sprkling or wine the cheapest selection. 2 dishes ,glasses dirty. The employers tried to be nice altrought the hotel conditions and policy.

Very good, but maybe avoid during school holidays if you have a choice as it felt too crowded.

The food quality was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The life-guard team were excellent with so many kids around.

The facility looked like they needed some TLC.

Great rooms, Delicious food made fresh out of high quality ingredients 2 separate pool areas one at the top where the slides are full of activities and alive, one next to the reception building, relaxing and quiet with a hot tub near by for adults only. Fantastic entertainers, great shows every evening. great selection of all inclusive drinks unlimited bottled still water, 2 types of draft beer on offer the local KEO and Estrella, Strongbow cans, milkshakes ,hot drinks, ice-cream Free bus to the amazing Figtree bay beach and back.

Water in the pools really cold, even the hot tub was freezing

The perfect place for a family vacation. we will definitely will come back in the next year.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. Always smiling and willing to help in any request. The food was varied and very tasty. I don’t remember when I ate such a great food in a hotel. The swimming pool with the slides is great. The children (and also the adults) enjoyed it The resort is very peaceful and quite.

great stay ! great place ! wonderful staff !

the property was wonderful, convenient, clean great for families great for the kids ! all facilities were clean and comfortable . the staff was just great and very accommodating , place felt like home away from home great entertainment team, lots of things to do for the kids I had a birthday one of the days of our stay , and the staff sent me a bottle of champagne, flowers and made the most delicious cake I loved it !

The hotel is really nice spread out in small apartments, food was really nice great choices and AL option had everything! kids loved water park pool.

location isn’t on the beach but it’s only a 5 min drive or bus ride away.

loved it but the water park was a big let down that was the reason we stayed there

the slides need reviewing as my 4 year old son was not allowed on it we have done many water parks on the island and I would not call that a water park very poor

the lifeguard ie the boss I thought he was full of himself rude and would rather work out
