A lovely, clean and comfortable family room plus an excellent breakfast.

Jessop House is a delightful little BandB Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everywhere was beautifully maintained and clean. Our room was lovely, very spacious, especially for a family room, not used to this! All three beds were very comfortable - linen was impeccable. Breakfast was very good, tasty, hot and lots of choice.
There is nothing not to like about this place.

Toilet/shower room tiny, tall people (6' 0") difficult to sit on toilet without hitting your head.
The above, everything else was fine. The car park only holds 4 vehicles and is difficult to find .

A fantastic overnight stay in Tewkesbury. Joan the owner is wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. Lively rooms, a great nights sleep and a wonderful breakfast too. Would recommend a stay if you’re in the area - we will definitely be back.
Nothing - it was great

The property is beautifully decorated and we were very pleased to be staying in the same room - at the back of the hotel - that we stayed in last year. This room has a unique approach to the en-suite shower and loo, as they are both tucked away behind what appear to be cupboard doors. Unusual, but it works.
The room comes fully stocked with coffee and tea making facilities, as well as packs of delicious biscuits. There are also parking spaces behind the hotel, which is very useful when staying in Tewkesbury.
Everything we had for breakfast was great; the muesli, yoghurt with honey, the veggie breakfast, cheese and mushroom omelette and especially the brown toast, all delicious. The coffee was excellent too.
Very highly recommended!

Very central position and beautifully presented. Nice comfy bed.
Only thing that wasn't great was the en suite.
Very tiny and the shower wasn't very strong and difficult to set.

it was super clean and everything was thoughtfully presented; there were plenty of breakfast options & the staff were efficient and willing to assist.

Our hostess, Joan, was exceptionally helpful. She came out to assist us with parking and even phoned the restaurant we had booked to let them know we were going to be later than expected.
Breakfast was lovely - a good menu, with everything freshly prepared and in generous portions. Very efficient service.
The room was nicely furnished and we had a very comfortable night's sleep. Tasteful furniture and decoration in all areas of the house that we saw.

Parking is tight, but the owner moved her own car to accommodate us.

Lovely accommodation, excellent breakfast, friendly and welcoming host. We were singing in the abbey over the weekend and were backwards and forwards all day for 2 days and the host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early which we really appreciated.
We weren't able to park in the hotel car park as it was full, but we parked in a public car park just a short walk away which was no problem for us.

Bed was uncomfortable

Room was large and beautifully decorated,
immaculately clean comfy bed, sitting area
with large comfy settee. Breakfast is
served in a bright and spacious dining area
and was freshly prepared with a good
selection. Parking is easy with option to park
behind property if theres space, or across
the road on the Abbey carpark which isn’t
a problem.
Location is good with plenty of restaurants
nearby(Indian, Chinese, Italian, English)
Joan, the host does a fantastic job of running
hotel, her hard work and commitment in
ensuring all her guests have a pleasant stay
as well as keeping the property in pristine
condition whilst always keeping a smile, she is
such a lovely and hardworking person .
This property sets the bench mark how
B&B”s should be, we will being staying again.
