Never again a run down part of town

Not a lot

Room was very small and never any staff around when we came back for food the restaurant was empty and no sign of waiters and stood in the bar for 15 mins but nobody came think the staff had gone to bed

Exceptional

Location on an island: just crossing the bridge (with a fairy tale view) to the center. Personnel extremely helpful (arranged a pickup, changed immediatly a fridge not working). Room comfortable, AC, elevator.

There is nothing to criticize, just an advice: take seriously the warning of the hotel and do not open the window at night with the lights on because there are small flies (ephemerals) that invade the room.

A warm welcome and an excellent room !

Friendly welcome as we arrived (late afternoon Sat 10 June) and the room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the view over the river. (And the stylish warderobe doors !) Great to be able to park off the road.

great location right on the river Loire. only few minutes walk from the center of Saumur and from the train station.

very friendly and accommodating staff. the rooms are small but this is normal in France. the room was clean.

Good hotel overall...but bed and pillows make sleep uncomfortable

Excellent breakfast selection WiFi in room is very good Loved the shower The staff throughout the hotel were really good, always helpful Storage for my bike.

The bed is like sleeping on sponge, no support\ The pillows offer no support to neck or head...did not sleep well..need to buy new pillows throughout the hotel.

Although said to soundproof in 106 you can clearly hear the scraping of the chairs in the dining room once breakfast has begun

Superb affordable hotel in a beautiful location

Easy to access with good parking and a great location for a quick walk over the bridge into town. Spacious and well kept inside, good superior room with views over the Loire and everything I needed. Variety of food at breakfast including meats, eggs and cheese. Welcoming staff, would definitely stay again!
